I just have to say that I'm glad you're still around. I have looked at this post as sort of a guiding point in my journey. Because of you I stayed sane in my 5th and 6th months when I thought it was going to be hopeless for me. You are awesome for maintaining this post, thanks :)

I'm glad it's helped!! I do hope over the next few days some people can find some helpful information or at least hope by what I've experienced before this is once more dropped off of the front page and fades away til I return to update for post surgery pics and thoughts.

You look amazing btw!!!!!

So glad you enjoyed it! I am going to go over and fix spelling issues. Change the intro from saying a few months to two years and other minor adjustments. Just noticed my 9 month photo is also no longer visible so will have to go through my transition photo's to find one to upload. Crazy to think I've got a photo each week over the last two years, even crazier to see them all through a slideshow!

As far as personal updates, I'll wait til after I get ffs taken care of before posting anything further unless I look at a pic of me in a month or two and think I've changed more or enough to post. Well, that or maybe if I decide to start to post more on the psychological side but I've been putting most of that into a book I've been working on for the past two years that I don't plan to finish until at least a year after my surgeries are complete(the year is needed to be able to have an ending haha!).

Anyways, it's like 3:40am, and it's time for me to crawl into my bed and get some sleep!

Hey Samantha...

1. Awesome thread. I learned so much and will surely have to reread to get all of it!
2. You are one of the "Hottest" Trans girls I've ever seen! Really... Super cute!

I due have a question if you don't mind?

Can you give us your opinion on the timeline for HRT and facial changes? I've heard that the most significant changes will happen within 14 months and after that, its just small refinements. I've also heard that  "we" can expect significant changes up to 2 years and then minor refinements. I know it depends on the individual and your age when starting HRT, but was wondering about your opinion and your experience.

Thanks again for the great thread and all the time you put into it!

I just have to say that once I started reading this, I couldn't stop. Your journey was just amazing. As someone who is starting out, that gives me a great deal of optimism for what will happen in the future. You don't know how grateful I am, but thanks!
Just keep being as awesome as you are!

Hmm, this is a tough one since I just hit the two year mark and I don't seem to be following the "norm" as far as changing after 25. As far as facial changes happening after 14 months, I think my pics show just HOW much ones face can continue to change!!!

Heck, even in the last few months since my last pics posted I've noticed changes!!!

I'll go ahead and throw up a pic taken on Halloween to give you an idea of what I mean under my main post for a pre-op ffs shot and maybe add in some comments and thoughts! I have been speaking with several doctors and think I'd MUCH rather just do all surgeries at once and get the pain over with in one shot over doing ffs in the next two weeks then doing the final SRS in 6 months.

I truly am grateful that this thread is helpful. I won't lie, even now I'm very nervous about this being posted up but... All of you are worth it so it stays and I'll continue to update it!

*edit* New pics are up, the close up and the one in the pink dress was from Saturday before Halloween, the one in the middle is obviously from Halloween :P

And for your #2, Thanks!! Now only to make myself believe it >.> :P

Looking better and better?

Can you detail about that "body harness"? Like something for improving posture?

Not sure what you mean about "Looking better and better?"?!?!?!

Body harness as in : http://www.rago-shapewear.com/catalog/product.php?productid=16223&cat=275&page=1

I wear that or something similar at all times and then wear my corset over the top of it while home for a few hours a day, next week I'll go to a full 8 hours each day til I can sleep comfortably in it then wear it while I sleep even and just take it off for dates, going out or work until I reach the desired body shape.

What I'm doing can be VERY dangerous, please do not just go out and buy something and think it will work. PLEASE do research first, speak with your doctor about your plan and follow it without rushing things.

I'm literally moving things around inside of me and forcing my body to contort to the shape I want regardless of how it's built. It will take time, a LOT of time to get to where I want but with my current timeline I should have a highly improved shape by the time I've recovered from my surgeries since I plan to continue with my body molding while recovering.

More like "Looking better and better!" Sorry, wrong keyboard language when I wrote that, so the symbols changed completely.
