Seriously? Bro slices?

We are but mere slices of the Almighty Bronana, and we pray that some day, a light of fortune may be cast upon us so we may rejoin our brothers and united with  the sacred Bro Tree.

Praised be the Bronana, whom we are all a part of and whose spirit lives within each of us.

Here are a few shots. still have a looooong way to go until I reach my goals, but good progress for me. Knowing that I am no where near my goals is what keeps me going.

I started off benching 70lbs and weighing a whopping 145 pounds. It's when I was that size that I thought I was so big. LOL. Ignorance was bliss.

Excuse the sloppy edits ( I am stealth so i had to take a few measure )

And my 1 RM for bench is 240.

Yeah, I'm thinking results like his aren't typical for most men.....I'm guessing you'd have to be in the gym all hours!  I've dated pro athletes with less muscles than this guy....congrats chuck.

Ehh I think he just has good genes lol. Spending hours in the gym isn't necessarily a good thing to do. You'll overwork the shizz out of your body which reverses results :p

Connor, I'll take your word for it.  Before I started running outside I used to go to the gym different times/days of week. There were always the same two guys there no matter what time/day I went....llifting, lifting, lifting.....I'm inclined to believe you because for as much as they lifted, they really didn't seem all that huge to me compared to how much time they seemed to be there! As long as you feel good about yourself :)

I see meat heads like that all the time at the gym lol. I go on post so most soldiers have to do pt in the AM which is usually a 3-4 mile run and some calisthenics, then they go to the gym in the afternoon and spend 4 hours there and they get nowhere. I go everyday and work different groups and I spend at max 2 hours that's with a workout, ab session and a run on a treadmill (it's cold outside haha)

I don't think I could ever really feel full of myself until all of my surgeries are complete. I constantly feel like I have something to hide and be ashamed of right now.

Conner, I hear you on not running outside...my treadmill is my backup for anything under 40 degrees!...

My tolerance stops at about 30 degrees..anything above that I wear under armor everything and I'm all good!

I hear ya Jason. I don't feel exactly the same, but I know your pain.

I'm sorry, but unless you're on testosterone yet or somehow 100% pass, I don't think you can understand what it's like to be in my position.
<_< Seriously, I feel better about myself than I did before, but I still don't like being touched.

I'm not on T and i do pass sometimes, but not all the time. I know exactly what it feels like to think you're biologically 100% wrong. I know what it feels like to think you're biologically a mistake and want nothing more than to just be a cis male. Trust me, I feel it everyday.

I have crap genetics, but I work really really hard, follow a strict diet and have extensive knowledge about nutrition. I  spend about 1 hour in the gym 5 days a week.

What do you do for cardio? How'd you get that midsection...lol
I've worked so hard on core and have gotten myself nowhere with it -_-

Ah that was from the summer. I am now "bulking" so my abs are much less defined, but my muscles are bigger.
When i was cutting (trying to lose fat) I ran for about 45 minutes in the morning and went on a very low calorie diet. I cant say it was safe, but I basically ate chicken breasts and salad every day.

Testosterone is also a huge help of course.

I'm thinking it's the lack of T that is holding you back as far as not getting the workout results you're after (not that I'm advocating taking T, just saying). I know a lot of guys have said their results were so much faster on T...after all it is going on steroids. Not to the levels that an abuser would use but for someone FAAB it is a "shock" to the system.

That's probably the problem I'm guessing. Unfortunately, I won't be blue to take T for a couple years, military doesn't let you take that type of stuff :(
I usually run for about 45 mins sometimes more sometimes less and I have no idea how many calories I'm consuming, I need to try counting one day. My guess is 1000-1600 a day.
