Consolation lemon ricotta pancakes from scratch and sausages for the girl I like because her team lost the Super Bowl (and I rooted against them) when she gets off work.

Awe! :)

Homemade chicken tenders and broccoli.

I'm making "chicken spaghetti". Take two boneless chicken breast that have been boiled and shredded, one can of mushrooms, an onion, jar of favorite sauce, mix together, and wah lah! Boiling some whole wheat pasta for it right now.  ;D

Devlyn

I put black olives in that when I make it.

I made my first spatchcocked chicken tonight, and it was so moist and tender.  I will never bake another chicken any other way now.

Thanks to the Papa John's Super Bowl pizza contest I had free pepperoni pizza. If it's free, it's me!  ;D

I'm having unsalted kettle chips and potato vodka for dinner. It's not healthy or affordable and doesn't have a recipe, which runs counter to the OP instructions. But my roommate pointed out that I went from sped to spud after my kid left, which I think redeems it. Wordplay is a nutrient, right?

I had a stoufer's lasagna and some birthday cake flavored oreos.

I had no idea there was such a thing as oreos that aren't oreo-flavored.

My roommate came home and so I should stop making noise and get wound down. I'm going to eat ramen. I have broccoli and orange oil for it, along with ginger and katsu sauce. Yay.

They had several different creme flavorings in a display of oreos at the grocery store on sale, so I went for the least offensive. They're pretty good though.

And I am going to have manwiches here in a bit when I feel like getting off my butt to do fix 'em.

Had a break from cooking and had king prawn satay with rice noodles at the noodle bar.
