Venison ribs (from the deer we killed in our woods), red onions, and whole wheat spaghetti with mushroom tomatoe sauce.

Venison ribs? I'm on my way over!

You're always welcome to come and eat dinner here (just beware, all our chairs at the table are broken and we have only one spoon!) or help yourself to the deer in our basement freezer.

Tonight's dinner: red onion, green pepper and shrimp cook kinda quickly on a pan in some oil, tossed on top of some whole wheat spaghetti with a bit of olive oil and a ton of Chef Prudhomme's Magic Shrimp Seasoning.

I like Old Bay for seafood. Tonight is boneless center cut pork chops, marinated in hot sauce, then pan fried, and two bricks of frozen squash.

I sauteed some red onions, then threw in a handful of baby spinach leaves, then added in two egg whites and one whole egg I scrambled together. Had that with two smal pieces of whole wheat bakery bread with a bit of futter on it, along with half of a papaya.

Lets see corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, 1000 island dressing and rye bread.  I had a Reubin sandwich, which I made myself.

Oh, my! I think I'm in love! Excuse me, Ms O'Brien, could you move a bit, you're blocking my view of the Reuben!

Salmon pan fired in some butter with Mrs. Dash's Fiesta Lime seasoning, Sweet Potato Rounds with a Punch (http://www.patismexicantable.com/2012/11/sweet_potato_rounds_with_a_punch/ using the same Mrs. Dash as on the salmon since I couldn't find Tajin Classico seasoning), with a salad on the side. And dessert is the rum version of the Cajeta (http://www.patismexicantable.com/2013/02/homemade-cajeta/   which I am thinking will make great Christmas gifts).
