I got big hands,also got old peoples'hands as some chav told me today!I'd look silly with small hands

There is an asian lady that I work with that has noticeably huge hands so there are natal females out there with them.

Hmm... I think it would be interesting to compare our forum bell curve to the ones for male and female there. I wonder how close it would skew to the female distribution. ...Hmm... Maybe with a poll?

I haven't measured but since every other part of me is built like a professional athlete I imagine I have man hands in the upper percentage range!   

Breadth and circumference would be the more accurate measurements to compare male and female skeletons. On average, male bones are much thicker and this is particularly evident on the hands. So if you're all worried about finger length, the other measurements will "out" you faster. Whatever that means. But all these things are relative. I have small hands and nobody has ever really noticed save for about five people who said something. The only real way to show differences between males and females is in brow bossing, jaw size and skull circumference and even that isn't an exact science. Pelvic size isn't even used to determine the sex of skeletons. True story. I dunno, I've done quite a bit of amateur palm reading, and measurements didn't come into play at all (though proportions certainly did matter). It's all a bit silly, but fun anyway.

 Hand width is 2.75"
Hand length is 6.75"
Hand circumference is 6.5"

Looks like I have pretty long fingers for these hands.

Width 3 3/8 inches  <5th percentile for a male, >50th percentile for a female
Length 7 1/4 inches  <50th percentile for a male, >50th percentile for a female
Circumf  8 1/8 inches  <50th percentile for a male, >95th percentile for a female

Surprised and delighted at the results because i´m mostly in the average female range but i think cis males have thicker hands in general so there goes the delight.

Hand breadth: 3.5"
Hand length: 7.7"
Hand circumference: 8.0"

Breadth: 8.5~9.25 cm - Anywhere from fairly neutral to definitely male.
Length: 19 cm - Slightly more male than female
Circumference: 20 cm - Slightly more male than female.

The breadth is hard to measure.

I guess it could be worse, but sigh, how much I hate these broad hands with bear palms and ridiculous, thick fingers.

for me, width is 3.251", length is approx. 7.201" and circumference is around 7.815" thereabouts.

What it means to me that I can measure stuff pretty good, but that's about it, lol.

OK just to show what an amazing procrastinator I am, when I should be revising for an important exam. Have a cumlative percentage curve for the male and female Palm widths.  It's not perfect but it wasted my time nicely. There are some people's values missing off each that are either too big or too small.  As you can see as a group, those who answered seem to fit better in the female range. God I feel like a geek

Precision to the thousandth?  Use must have used calipers!
