One of my new friends turns out to have a lot in common with me. The kind of stuff in common that allows me to speak freely without censoring myself.

Ive been asked to scan and email my name change documents by a dear friend at PFLAG. Looks like the Governor of Indiana is going to look and see what he can do about my issue with the BMV regarding my name change for my drivers licence.

Er, I don't know if I should be happy or partly offended, but I had to buy a new sports bra since the old ones stopped compressing (not safe to bind all the time, for those who don't know). So I go through self check and the security tag wasn't deactivated properly, so the doors beeped as I walked out. These two security guys go through my bag and when they pull out the bra they giggle a bit and one goes "High hopes chief? You going to be a big girl one day?" and the other goes "Next he'll be buying his first tampons. They grow up so fast!" Then they said "we're just having some fun, all is good here, you can go."

That's an entry for "You know you pass when.."
And what an epic pass at that. I bet you are so happy right now.

IRON MAN III! Sorry for the all caps. I am just really excited. Also, if I may be a bit crude for a second, there is this totally awesome scene where is Pepper is HOT! And yes, that deserves all caps. She's seriously really hot. Watch the movie. You'll see which scene I mean. She's badass. It's awesome. Sorry for the motor mouth. I'm really excited. Tony is badass too of course. Lots of good lines. I'll shut up now.

Oh, and a couple of months ago I posted about a Starbucks employee who used to upset me by misgendering me & then rushing off at warp speed before I could correct her. Today she not only remembered my name, but she remembered my regular order. No more 'madams' from her then!
