Unfortunately not too much of anything. Dieting to trying to combine three meals into one really healthy low calorie meal.

We have a stove, and no electrician to come and set up an outlet to plug it into yet. It doesn't help that I'm supposed to be on a diet, and there's an amazing pizza place, an amazing taco place, and all sorts of other food less than a mile away. -_- So we've been eating out. ALOT.

Spaghetti tonight, throwing a pound of turkey burger, an onion, and some spices in a jar of Walmart brand sauce.  :P

I had two plates of Goulash with Spätzle and a bit of apple sauce on the side.

Nah, not a fan of it. It doesn't taste bad, but it's obviously watered-down german-housewife-type goulash. Love the Spätzle though.

Give me some Kipsaté (look it up!) or a spicy plate of Chili Con Carne over this any day.

I had a massive craving for those itty bitty breakfast sausage links, so I'm browning up a whole panful now. This meal is going to be bad for me!

Is there a recipe page in this place? No disrespect to the rest of the world but I would especially like input from the good people of Pakistan, India, Sri lanka, Bangladesh...yes I'm a curry head.
Put me under a microscope what would you see?

It's pizza night. I take my home-made pizza seriously, make dough, make sauce, all of that.

Beef, it was for dinner.  This time it was a broiled chuck steak marinated in a black bean sherry marinade my cousin from Seattle makes.  She is a professional chef who owns a small catering service.  The ingredients made a difference in the flavor.  The steak was marinated in a bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours.  The brown sugar made for sweetness with the sherry, hoisin and soy sauces made for a good distinctive flavor.  It contains cilantro I don't like, but I didn't taste it.  For all meats.  She sells it locally in the Seattle area usually at her booth at the shows.  I took 10 pint jars with me and I gave most of away to family members along the west coast before I got it home!  Also, salad from the garden plus steamed broccoli from the garden.

It's too hot to cook, I think I'll just make a smoothie for dinner.

I had a bratwurst filled with bacon & cheese and some macaroni salad. I was sitting next to 6 tigers while eating this delicious meal.

Dirty rice, if it's cooled down enough to eat yet.

Tonight, I went Asian.  I made Szechuan Pork with peanuts, egg fried rice, and stir-fried Chinese vegetables.  Enough left for lunch tomorrow.  ;)
