. Quite an easy recipe - the trick is to figure out how much flour to add. Too much and it affects the taste, too little and they never get fried properly and as You try to turn them over, they just fall apart

. They turned out really good, with an improvised salad from cucombers, garden radish, dills and chives. And couple of fried bacon slices from yesterday leftovers
