I finally got around to watching Atlas Shrugged, both parts today since they are on Netflix. It was interesting.

Now on to Jack the Giant Killer....

Supposed to be meeting two people tommorrow within 30 minutes.  Let's see how that works out.

I'm wondering if there are any badass characters that are gay men (and confirmed to be gay, not just in the mind of slash fans). For some reason, the only movies I've seen where important characters are gay seem to be along the lines of chick flicks.

I made a phone call to a shop having some questions about the products and they identified me as female...and I was not trying to sound different, just normal. I feel sooo good everytime this happens !

The topic about bathrooms had a nice run.  Everytime I see it my reply was "heck yeah" as I posted lol.

Just saw a live grasshopper up close, like one meter away, for the first time in my life and it sounded like a damn rattlesnake.
I'm disappointed now.

I'm listening to a discussion about zombies between two authors.  It has me wondering... would a transexual zombie still need external hormones?  What about a transexual vampire?  (or any other form of undead?)

I think it'd depend on the kind of zombies we're talking about. Like those Walking Dead zombies, I bet they wouldn't even care considering they're just acting on pure instinct which, for some reason, drives them to eat just about everything.

Vampires could just infiltrate a pharmacy etc at night. XD

I plan on having my top surgery by the time I am 23, my name change by the time I am 25,hormones, by the time I'm 26, and bottom surgery by the time I'm thrity.

I just read a manga with truly badass lead characters, both of whom were male.

@.< It sucks when your mom sees through you.  I work hard at looking happy, but she caught on today when she saw me sitting on my bed.  She said I looked "lost" then that I looked "sad and lonely".

I think I might move to Canada. >.>  I've got friends up that way and it seems the more viable route when it comes to my life.

Partial rant/vent coming up.

I was watching Dr. Phil (there's nothing else on!) and there was this girl who hadn't seen her father for almost 20 or something. Awfully similar to my situation and all that jazz.
Funny thing is how indifferent I feel about it. It's like I don't give a rat's ass that I don't have someone to call dad. Sure, mom is married and now for the first time in my life I have an official stepdad but I call him that just because it's easier. IRL I mostly call him by his first name. He's really cool guy and all but I can't even imagine calling him my dad because I'm used to not having one and frankly I have never needed one.
The only men in my life have been my grandfather (obviously from mom's side) and my godfather (used to be my aunt's husband) and I still managed to develope a male gender identity. I guess that's some sort of  an achievement.

I did reach out to my biological father when I was 14-15. I met him few times. I got ONE birthday card from him.
He never reached out to me because he's most likely playing happy times with his new family.
So screw him. I don't need a douchebag who disappears like a fart in Sahara and leaves just a note on the table when there's a baby coming.
As far as I'm concerned, he could run into the ocean while wearing cement shoes. The only time I'll be interested in his dealings, is when he's dead and I'm LEGALLY entitled to inherit something from him.

Pfft, mom and I did just fine. I guess that's the reason why we have such an amazing relationship despite all of my trans stuff.

I really wish my father would call on his work break so I can vent to him about my drunken mother.

I'm thinking of going back to my roots. Being an Army brat, I've spent a good deal of my life living in the military. I think I will buy a couple of pairs of UK combat pants and a pair of combat boots. I've spent nearly my entire life in a uniform of one kind or another and when I was in the RAF, the uniform was kind of comforting. And Caleb thinks I'd look bad ass.
