Maybe everyone already knows this, but just in case, here is the link to the 7th edition of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health Standards of Care.  The Susan's Place wiki WPATH page seems to link to the 6th edition right now.

Ah, I must have missed that link, but I was looking at this page under 'External Links'.

Edit: I see now where the SOC is included in  the wiki, and you're right. It's 7 there, was just the external link to the pdf that was 6.
