That getting people to help with packing and moving is next to impossible. If only I could do more myself.

I used to work at a gamestop. It was fun - we got to 'check out' games and take them home for days at a time.

I completely agree they should start getting back into old cartridges and older systems. I remember even years ago when I worked there, people would snap up the old Nintendo systems when they were traded in. Now they don't take that stuff at all I think.

They are being pushed by the digital content released directly on systems to go into other areas with tech that can be traded in and resold at at full profit - hence the phones and tablet trade ins.

They can't take PC games for trade ins and reselling, unfortunately, because of the serial number.

Yeah it's really sad, especially since they recently discontinued the trade of PS2 games.  I have a feeling that the PSP will be the next one on the chopping block.  I understand they have to make room for the PS4 and Xbox One sales and all but I'm still going to miss it.    Buying the classics digitally just isn't the same as owning the disc.

My mom asked if I was selling drugs because I had so much money while never working.  Part of me wonders if she was just joking or if she was really being serious.

Thinking about the people that have left (or haven't posted in a while) and weren't in the best state of mind when last seen.  Alexis Hennen, SaveMeJeebus, Miss Bungle, Brody Brown, FreshGuy, etc.  Also the people that left in protest, i.e. Glitterfly, Skye-Blue, Yuki-jker86, etc...I wonder if they are doing okay....

Wait, Miss Bungle? I thought I saw her on just the other day... Hope she's okay...

I feel like giving up. I will never have the simple things, a car that works, a place to call home, a friend in person, a job with value(not necessarily money), a way to help others all because I can't even help myself.

Well, that turned depressing really fast.

On a completely unrelated note, I love my new purse. It used to be, I'd wear cargo pants in order to carry around all the stuff I had, but a purse makes it so much easier! It's like a big pocket you can hit people with.

Why does it seem nobody knows how to make a decent power point these days? My partners (whom I didn't pick to be with) even managed to connect a picture with the caption "poison, the knife, or the noose" with matching illustrations for the cover of our lab. On enzymes. I am unable to relate the topics adequately enough to justify that.

Also, the kitten is blocking me from moving to get my notes. I... don't want to uproot him, but it's late and I wanted to get this done tonight. Perhaps he'll settle back...

Edit: I've also noticed they neglected to give me instructions for what I'm supposed to be filling out... Hm.
