Went to dinner last night, sat at the bar and started talking to the guy next to me who turned out to have the same degree from the same university.  He bought me a beer!  First time a stranger ever bought me a drink at a bar.

Coming out facebook chat went well... ... apparently I caught him during a special dinner out and he'll talk to me later. He's trans friendly and pretty open. He might help me with the rest of our game group... especially since I haven't been in the group for a while (there are new people)

Just found one of my favorite high school teachers on FaceBook--20 years & she hasn't aged a day.  She accepted my friend request & when I sent her a message earlier she sent a long, lovely reply.  She's only a few years older than me & by the end of senior year I was utterly head-over-heels smitten with her...I think I might've let on during the last week of school (idiot kid!), but she was & is as gracious as ever.  *sigh*

Talking to a work colleague who has not seen me for a while who wants to meet to discuss a new project. I explained that I had life changes since we last met.

Oh to clarify my extensive life change. I'm now female.

I got off of work 6 hours early, so i can get more rest for tommorows trip with my wife, going to a picnic at a beach in Qatar!! Camel rides, hookah and good food. I can't wait!!:)

Right now my only days out for sure will be the meetings on Thursday nights, so don't worry about me. I don't know when else it's safe.
Looks like I'm found to pack up and move again if I want to dress how I want with more frequency.
