Veggie toad in the hole with mashed potato and gravy

Whole grain fusilli and cheddar cheese and cream sauce "lasagna" with minced meat and mozarella cheese on top. Just mixed it all and put it in the oven for half an hour. It was delicious and SO easy to make.

I had yogurt with fruit on top

Cobb salad with grilled chicken breast and real bacon.  Crap, reminds me have to defrost bacon right now!

Turkey!

I had popcorn 

Tonight it will be Thanksgiving part 2 (leftovers!).

A stack of grilled cheese sandwiches.

Veggie chili

I browned up a handful of mini farfale and rice in butter with some onions and garlic, then tossed in cooked, cubed chicken breast and some stock and seasonings. Ta-dah, homemade chicken-rice-a-roni!

Coffee and granola bars 

It's finals so I probably won't really eat until midnight.

I had a salad for dinner. No dressing. No oil. Just veggies, vinegar and a little dijon mustard for flavor. It was good, but it wasn't THAT!

I'm once again making my famous whole wheat crust pizza, made entirely from scratch- including the meatballs.

Frozen lasagnia dinner because I don't want to muss up my clean kitchen before tomorrow's inspection 

Butternut squash,parmesan & chili soup.Veggie Kiev with baby new potatoes,broccoli,carrots & sugar snap peas.
