Turkey - yet again!

Decided to cook tonight. Making Cheeseburger Mac Hamburger Helper, mashed potatoes n' gravy, green beans with onions, and cornbread.

A tombstone supreme pizza and oreos for dessert. 

(burned) pomegranate - glazed pork with (also burned) vegetable mix

You can try again, pomegranates are still in the stores. I hope you know this trick.

This was a reheating of the original from Thursday's dinner.  I either net the skillet too high, left it in too long, or (most likely) both.  I used store bought pomegranate juice for the glaze, but I may buy a whole pomegranate to try that trick!

I think I'm going to have sloppy joes. Will probably skip the tater tots though.

1/2 of a chicken, fried. Claimed to be the best fried chicken in Minnesota according to the bar. I see no reason to dispute that claim either. Making it better is that I am with my SO on new years eve.

Clam chowder (with a little chives added) and a glass of strawberry white zinfandel

Aged Cheddar and a left over hamburger bun.

Cod with butter sauce and mxed vegatables, stewed plums for afters.
got to start losing the Xmas fat.
