I got to hang out with my 5 year old nephew tonight, he's the world to me, such an awesome guy :) he has dravet syndrome, and having the privelage to spend time with him is the best part of any day i spend. I'm including a photo of him because he's amazing!

Gosh, I am really sorry to hear about his condition.  I hope that research can help find ways to adequately treat this sort of genetic disorder.

got most of today off even though I had to go in this am to do paperwork and get the deposit ready. The girls that are helping us out from another store are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

I'm still alive and have hope. That is always a good thing. I don't worry as much about the living, but the hope comes and goes.

Keaira sang Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop" in the voice of Fat Bastard. I appreciated that.

Now that you mention it......

Emo, I have the same problem getting some ladies to realize how beautiful they really are. I haven't tried that line though.

Ok so i went on my nightly ride tonight, and as i was on the last leg of an 11.6km ride (7.2miles?) its not LONG as such, just VERY hilly =p very very haha and i live in a very hot place, anyways so i was doing my ride, and some stupid d*ck in a car screams out "lose some weight you fat c*nt" and the only reaction i had was to cock my head in a "huh?" kinda way, i mean i was on a godamn pushbike, not guzzling big macs, dunno what he thought i was doing! anyways, so the happy is i didnt emotionally destroy myself cos a random ->-bleeped-<-lord on the street was "mean" to me, it actually fuelled my fire and i got 1m and 9s faster on the last segment than i did my PB :)

edit: also mother got me to do some heavy lifting of furniature, even though my dad was sitting about on his ass doing nothing, he watched, like he usually does, but mum patted me on the shoulder and said "my strong boy!" /flex
