If I can continue the amount of overtime I'm getting, I'll  get a little better than double my regular paycheck for a bit.

I usually only get a few hours of ot when I work four days a week, but with my boss out, I'm doing seven days with one day only being a few hours versus about 10.5 like normal, so I've got 27 hours ot this last week. So yeah, I guess I do always work some overtime, lol. Meh, its not like I have a life much outside of work. And overall, I do like my job.

actually its my middle name and I have been thinking on and off about going by it since everyone has a hard time pronouncing and/or spelling Keaira.

In other news, I got my first shot at proffessional vfx work. I joined the team who is currently working on Star Trek: Renegade. Its going to be pitched to CBS as maybe a new series. It has quite a few actors from the previous shows, like walter koenig ( TOS Checov ) Tim Russ reprising his role as Tuvok, Garret Wang,  Robert Picardo.....

so, I'm working on Star Trek. Living the dream.

Caleb made me very happy today. I love him ^_^

Oh and also, trust me, they would spell Raine wrong too. lol.

Both are pretty. I've often wondered, if I was MTF what female name I'd choose for myself.

Btw, I am also super excited over Keaira doing this work for Renegades. I've known since I met her that she is a very talented artist, and she's entirely self-taught (no classes, nothing, just dove right in and started learning the programs). She deserves this so much, and after spending so many years in jobs she hates to support her family, this may open doors for her to do something she truly loves for a change. I can't think of anyone who should have this more than her.

I went to my friend's birthday party and had a great time. E invited me over to play video games. S (the one whose birthday it is) told me he wanted to invite me to a viking thingy. S also told me (without prompting and of his own free will) that he considers me a close friend. This has been an amazing day. I feel like the pattern that has plagued me has changed. (Sorry for flowery words, but in my defence, I was raised by an artist and an english teacher.) I hope I'm not being too optimistic, but I seriously feel like something has changed.

Also, Emo, that is awesome.
The Renegades thing is also awesome, Keaira. I always think of the character from Lion King 2 when I see your name.

Had a great chat with a wonderful lady last night, She knows who she is.

Also feeling much better than yesterday and saw my GP tonight after work. She is so great.

Ah the weekend now after a manic week.
Have an appointment with the pain monster tomorrow. Can't wait.
