But normal male levels of E/progesterone aren't anywhere near the concentrations to cause growth, no matter how much you massage. Do you actually have any citations for this? Otherwise, I'm not believing it.

oh yes, breast massage works even if a person isn't on HRT.....everyone has estrogen in their bodies...the adrenals produce it in some amount, as well as the estrogen produced through aromatization.  Progesterone is produced by the adrenals and testicles too....

Massaging increases bloodflow to the breasts, bringing more of the hormones in your blood to that area, thus stimulating the corresponding receptors in that area leading to legitimate breast growth....

it does take time, a month to several for significant results, but they do come

anyone who claims it doesn't work hasn't done their homework

I believe member Michelle666 uses massage, with amazing results.

Gynocemastia is a condition where males grow breasts. It can happen with certain meds (propecia is one) but more common is exogenous injection of testosterone. So its not uncommon amongst professional athletes and body builders. The only solution is surgery.

There is a nice article in Huffington post today about advice for men needing bras. Seemingly gynocemastia is increasing in USA males due to obesity and maybe food additives.

It isn't just the steroid junkies and men who naturally suffer the condition.

I know of one Mod here who had stunning boob development prior to HRT attributed to massage.

Absolute statements are usually biologically futile IMO.

THANKS :)

Oh and of course on a side note we are all surely aware that folks with intersex conditions can also get gynocemastia (like myself)

I dont know if its my imagination or if im just noticing more but it seems that the massaging is working little by little after 3 days.
My "moobs" are rounder, slightly softer, and they seem to fill my hands.. Also the nipple is feeling a bit different than usual...
The sensitivity has also increased. >__>
Sorry if this is tmi.

hmmm, Idk about 10 but I will try.
1). Soft and healthy skin. Have a good skincare regime.Minimize pores, make skin glow, no breakouts and have even texture
2). Thinner Eyebrows
3). Facial Hair Removal
4). Gain some weight in the right places and the right amount for your body type.
5) Use hair styles that cover features you dont like such as a bang.

Green tea... how curious. I used to drink it in extreme amounts during my late stage of puberty and afterwards - I guess, I know now to whom I must say thanks for male puberty being quite kind on me :).

Breast massage can't do any harm, and it is enjoyable.  I believe that the act of massaging your breasts is feminizing to the mind.  So, I would endorse that.

I don't want to sound like a one-track record, but feminization-hypnosis is excellent.  Moreover, the hypnosis reinforces the other behavioral and attitudinal changes.  I think I will do one that incorporates the food suggestions on this thread.
It's easier to change your sex and gender in Iran, than it is in the United States.  Way easier.

Please read my novel, Dragonfly and the Pack of Three, available on Amazon - and encourage your local library to buy it too! We need realistic portrayals of trans people in literature, for all our sakes

Let's see here....Hmmmm...hmmmm...

Rent
Electric bill
Phone bill (that's a landline, by the way, not a fancy cell phone)
Full HRT regimen out of pocket at $200 a month
Bloodwork ranging from $250 to $450 out of pocket depending on the test.
Electro at $50 an hour (plus gas money since it would be out of town and asking someone to get you there.)
Endo visits at $60 a pop

Now, how is that budget for food looking again? When you are in a situation like this, food ends up being last on the list.

Let me solve this for you:

Rent = BF
Electric bill = BF
Phone bill (that's a landline, by the way, not a fancy cell phone) = Obama
Full HRT regimen out of pocket at $200 a month = you're going to the wrong place. mazzoni center or similar gender clinic
Bloodwork ranging from $250 to $450 out of pocket depending on the test. = see above
Electro at $50 an hour (plus gas money since it would be out of town and asking someone to get you there.) = tweezers. hurts but oh well
Endo visits at $60 a pop = see above

Food = EBT

There, you can transition, eat, drink have fun, get laid, transition and never pay a red cent. Actually, my BF even makes food and buys it. I just clean everything up. But then again, maybe I'm just lucky. or too cute. Both? Nope I'm not lucky at all, nor pretty. I just learned how to play the game.

Oh about gynecomastia. it's only real if it involves glandular tissue. I had true gynecomstia as in I'm 5'6, 120 lbs and had B cups pre-HRT. I've had to show my ID to prove I';m a guy to people because of it. It was horrible and I almost cut them off. Of course, now it has proven to be very lucky and I have gigantic boobs for my frame.

About SRS: Did I mention my BF is rich, rich, rich.

I know I'm coming off as a trap whore but I have had a pretty horrible life and wont even get into it so i think I deserve this. It's time something finally went my way. But my attitude and how I treat people IRL also helps. I help my nieghbors. My BF's mom loves me. So, it's all give and take. But for someone like me...I had to transition and the idea of waiting another second even if i'm doing this half-a$$ed, is horrid.

PS: Clothes = Church!

Ok, I will admit, my purse effing sucks...bleh and puke. Don't worry i am pretty sure this is all a dream and i will wake up in the gutter, with a needle in my arm, wearing a dress, beat up, with cops standing over me about to taser me and push down on the OC spray right before hauling me off to CFCF to be brutally raped...again. But right now, I'm going to do everything I can to stay a sleeping beauty.

Well, I am on a vegan diet on most days and I think it helps with a lot of things... not hard to cook vegan and it is really a lot cheaper than meat.

Just curious, would herbals be off limits as a suggestion?
Plant hormones and such?

Of course not. Lol
Herbs are more safe than synthetic hormones. Theyll take longer but its less of a risk.
Im probably still going to go with normal hrt tho so dont think im completely endorsing it.
