Why is there only one "e" in penis?  Shouldn't there be two?

I think Astroglide is short an "s" as well.

I see some larger women who wear men or unisex clothing and have a short haircut. But you can still tell they are clearly women. Thing is...I feel some, especially this one really butch woman with tattoos, look more masculine than I do. Perhaps with the exception of their voices. But yeah...they are clearly female beand get called ma'am. Why do I get called sir and not them? Furthermore, I saw them as female on sight. I saw myself in a mirror and for a second thought "oh, that's a large Asian man." When I see myself and don't expect it to be me I see a guy. And so does everyone else. So why am I seen 100% as male and not thee women who I think look more like men than I do? What is the difference?

I'm sure they are called sir sometimes. But surely not all the time. It isn't the voice because I get called sir before speaking.

Sorry about that, hockey guy...  Here, have what's left of mine.

UGH. Dysphoria really sucks.  It put me in a funk yesterday, but I'm never going back on Lexapro.

If only it was that easy. Just cut it off someone who doesn't want it and attach it to someone who does.
Dysphoria does suck. Doesn't help that I should be getting my period soon. :/

Why is that?

I had to make do with it prior to being administered HRT.  It made me feel "not myself" 24/7.  Things that should have stressed me into getting things done weren't, and I became a master procrastinator.  I felt emotionally detached from things and my full range of emotions was not accessible.  After HRT, I felt like it was grossly unnecessary.  Also, the longer you're on it, I heard the harder the landing.  So then the withdrawal was HORRIBLE.   The first week was a sh*tstorm in my head, complete with "brain zaps".  I didn't feel like myself until day 10-12, but I was much happier without it in the end.  Oh, did I mention that it made me completely anorgasmic?

I'm having bad sinus problems and my insurance seems to be canceled. Time to redo plans for scripts I guess. My doc wants to see me next month but at this rate I won't be able to. So much for my undo surgery come December.

It can get really bad unfortunately...

For me two things make dysphoria forgetable just for a while at least... The undying hope I have inside me and the compassion and love others show to me  :)

I'm so looking forward to getting some fish to eat tonight.  Seems my 2014 protein starvation diet is working.  I am definitely feeling less muscular and dudely than I was 7 weeks ago.

So do you just stick to carbs and fat for energy then?
Discord, I'm howlin' at the moon
And sleepin' in the middle of a summer afternoon
Discord, whatever did we do
To make you take our world away?

Discord, are we your prey alone,
Or are we just a stepping stone for taking back the throne?
Discord, we won't take it anymore
So take your tyranny away!

I'm not eating much of anything for the moment, but the carbs I eat are all low-glycemic and I try to eat healthier fats like nuts, avocados and olive oil.  I had put on 25 pounds of solid beefcake muscle in 2012 that I'm still trying to shed.  I still don't show off my upper arms and shoulders because most MEN don't have as much muscle mass as I still do.  But yes, I'm on the semi-vegetarian plan until my shoulders stop screaming "linebacker"!

My need to have severe bathroom issues about every hour or two while not eating much today along with severe back pain, especially when trying to sit, could be a sign that says that my back issues may be cauda equina after all. I'm going to see a doctor about it tomorrow. I may not be in contact for a while if I have to be sent to the hospital for MRI etc. and possibly surgery.
Just a forewarning.

Yeah my left breast is totally injured from working out. I think it's bruised. I need a better bra.  I look foward to when I will be able to get top surgery so I won't have to really deal with them anymore.  I lost 5 pounds so that's a good thing, but I had a deep dish pizza from Little Ceasars so that probably ruined my work a little, but it was for my birthday and I don't plan on eating like that every day.  Even then my brother-in-law got a slice and my nephew got a slice, and my niece got part of a slice and I ended up discarding some of the bready parts for the critters so I don't feel as bad.  I start my blood pressure medication tommrrow and I'm going to start my Vitimin D medication Monday.
