I think so. I mean, she'll always love me no matter what but it'll take a bit to warm up to the whole thing. She thought she had a daughter all these years but now she has a son.

Thanks, man. I'm trying not to get too hyped over this. Yeah, I'm going to see a gender therapist but it's not like I'm going to get the 'letter' in a day.

It depends. I did. Well, it took a couple days to write it and send it to the endocrinologist, but by that point, they didn't see much reason to delay it.

I just don't think it'll happen so soon because of my age. I'm under 18 so I need parental consent. I'm hoping if my therapist approves of it, my mom will as well.

And Edge, yeah probably since she needs to drive me to the place but it isn't all set up yet. We still have to find a therapist. Like I mentioned on here before, I'll be attending a transgender meeting on the 14th and I'll ask for some references there.

Yep. I felt the same way back in the day.

went to a lovely little pagan shop with my mom today, she bought us a (store bought but still pretty good) sushi lunch. Today was my dads birthday and we went to a restaurant down the street. Got to see my brother, who i never get to see! he made me eat butter with chocolate syrup on it...

i managed to transfer some of my dearly beloved pokemon to my new game (and maybe some colorful new friends...)

and got a couple of fun things in the mail today...

Went out shopping and got a set of my first bra inserts. Feel skin-like, and are skin-colored to boot.

No more stuffing my bra with panties. Woo!

Had my first use of the women's room at one of our favorite places we eat for lunch sometimes. Even though it's a single stall restroom, I was still nervous. No one was around, but still felt great.

Then we went to Costco to have my Finasteride prescription refilled. (My HRT prescriptions I get from the community center pharmacy.) Anyway the pharmacists ma'am me and ask for the name (male name) of the prescription. She did a double take on the (male) picture on my membership card and she immediately picked up on that I was transgender. She was so nice and set me up on a new discount program that reduced my 3 month supply of Finasteride medication from $150 to $28. She asked about if I had medications from anywhere else that I wanted to move and we compared the prices and they were about the same with the discount as the community center.

Left a hospital and went to the cab rank, three guys waiting and no cabs. I asked if anyone had called the cab company, three guys looked blank so I called and asked for some cabs to be diverted. One arrived in abut 30 seconds. The first guy in the queue opened the rear door and said 'miss this is yours, you were the only one with the brains to call the company'. How sweet . Even better I saw more cabs arrive as I left.

Great big storm hit Sydney and I love them, lots of lightning and thunder, best one in years.
