Im happy that random strangers treat me more like a girl

Im happy that I have accepting friends and family

Im happy that even though I still hate the way I look I change a bit every day and one day I might be able to live a normal life as a girl 

Im happy that I learn japansese and even though I lack a bit in comparisson to my classmates im gonna study a lot and continue learning:)

Im happy that im trying hard and im definitely going to do something about my studies next semester...

Don't get into bad habits and I know as I am a procrastinator and I wasn't like that when I was younger.

Because I've been very busy fighting eviction and getting my son started at an intensive program for kids with ASD. Both of those take up more time and effort than they sound and both were much more pressing and important than a presentation.

Nah. I was a little annoyed at first, but then realized that I'd probably ask the same thing if I didn't know another person's situation. That and I do have a problem with procrastination.

Nothing wrong having an ASD either, I have it too but I like to believe that what I lack in certain skills I can compensate with intelligence.

Absolutely nothing wrong with ASD. My son has Aspergers and I probably do, too (albeit un-dx'd).

Give ASD kids a structured environment, targeted direct instruction, and appropriate accommodations and they can fly.

My wife and I were out buying a new (used) car for her today. (A Fiat 500 Convertible at a very good price and 12k miles on it.) I was ma'amed and misses by the dealership even after having to show my male ID since I was co-signing the loan. Dealership was great and had no issues whatsoever. (It was in Brooklyn after all.) The only bad part is the slimy finance guy to tries to add the extras you don't need.

Thanks! Yeah I've known plenty of people with an ASD. Some of them do better than others, but I know it's something we can work with.

Evidently in 'Murica, everyone wants a 1.4L engine that gets 38mpg rather than a .9L that gets 59mpg. I also get super nervous driving a manual transmission, even though they're cheaper and get better gas mileage (hence the want for a semi-auto) I'd have to go with an auto.

Eugh, whatever, I plan to go to grad school in the UK, if I end up needing it. Gotta choose a major for undergrad first.

I love driving a manual, especially a fun car like that.  Unfortunately my wife will not drive a manual even though I've tried to teach her in my old car when we first met (1992 Nissan Sentra). She is afraid because of what she did at age 14 when she tried to drive her old sister's Fiat (she had a Fiat Spider) and hit her parents house with it when she panicked with the clutch on their steep driveway.

When I was teaching her, she was doing fine until we hit traffic. She knows enough to drive one in a emergency and that it all she cares about.
