Well the title says it all.. (Big Smile) Crazy thing is I really didn't change much.. Switched to pooched eggs in the morning, cut out all but very little starchy food such as potatoes, noodles and bread. Then when I got hungry during the day,  I would grab a piece of celery or something on that line and cut my dinner portions way down. Trying to stay under 1200 calories a day. I know every week is not going to be like this but I am sure doing the happy dance today... LOL

Congratulations! I found a couple of your pounds   :D.  Seems like you are on the right path.  Once I began transitioning, I started watching carbs and paying attention to exercise and dropped 40 lbs over about about ten months.  I have managed to stay trim for over a year and a half, but have to pay attention to keep it off.  Diets don't work but lifestyle does.  Good luck and stay in your happy space.

Thank you everyone for the words of encouragement... And Julie, I wish I was as lucky as you as needing to lose forty pounds only. That would be a god send... (LOL) I really let my self go with depression and all. But this is a one day at a time adventure and I am on the right track. Anyway Thank you.

To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

Way to go.. if you average 2lb week your doing perfect.. I found that I hit a wall and could barely lose anything for about a month and just a couple months after that I am down 20lbs... more so be patient and enjoy..
