Mine are definitely in the rounding out stage (rather than perky cone stage), which I understand is more from the progesterone rather than estrogen.....?

Hi ,
I am on Month 16 on Oestrogen only on my second attempt at transition and I am a small B Cup. Unfortunately I have a wide back (so I am a 42B-44B) depending on bra size. However my mother was a 38DDD, so if I can get to a nice rounded C Cup and lose some weight I will be very happy. Unfortunately my current doctor will not prescribe Progesterone for me and so my breasts have this rather conical shape . What they really need is rounding out. When I transitioned before I was on a  12 day Progesterone & 18 day Oestrogen regime and also for a time I was also lactating (I was using a breast pump) and this really helped to build up the breast tissue. In fact I just changed my  way of taking my E to do it sublingual and I  have been having another growth phase in the last three days. Nipples very tender and itching a few hours after the dose. One way I have learnt to counter the itching is to smear some Tiger balm all around the nipple when the itching gets too much. Its incredibly soothing, but makes me a bit sleepy as it is very relaxing. Get Tiger Balm from your local Chinese medicine place!

They will round out eventually. I had road cones for quite some time, de-transitioned for two years like a dummy and did a 180 and got back on estrogen and bam! It all came back in spades and then some.

its like the kentucky derpy you dunno which cup is gonna win the race. My first year, I barely got past AA, now 6 months into my 2nd year im a large B pushing small C and still growing.

haha that is awesome.

And yes I know MTFs who have had substantial boob changes after the first year, and even after the second.

I had steady growth for the first 8 months, but they seem to have picked up speed somewhat between 8 months and now (14 months) so I hope they carry on at this pace. I think I am a big B small C at the moment.

I had lower dose E to start, which increased and then added in progesterone later, which is supposed to be the best way to achieve a full shape rather than conical ones, plus I massage them regularly which is supposed to help. I have to say, I really like mine. They are a great shape and getting near the size I want them to be. They are my favourite part of my body for sure :-)

Booooooooobs!!!

I think they can stop now and I would be fine. I have a bombshell bra for when I want the extra vavoom. But I like how I look with said extra vavoom.

My large B, small C in eight months... more than I expected from the whole thing. Now I am hoping for more but not much more.

Be careful what you wish for.

Sigh...

Booooooobs!

Yes, sorry, another question about boobs. But don't we love 'em?

So, after one year on HRT I am quiet happy with my breast growth. Happier than I thought I would be to be honest. What I'm wondering though is whether or not, over the next twelve months, I can expect the same amount of growth? In other words, is it possible to double in size during the second year of HRT puberty or is the growth rate likely to diminish?
Go for it GF, size DD maybe. I love mine however I'm only maybe a B size for now. Growing breasts is just so cool when you think about it. What a great step in life to grow breasts. It's just great. Take care & let's see them big boobies one day.  My plastic surgeon does breasts all the time. It's rountine for their office.  But I do not want false breasts, I want my own, home grown girls.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

Anyhow, biology! Doesn't always work the way we hope, but sometimes surprises us in a nice way.

Nah, laughing too much!

It was a very good natured comment, just the funny end of a conversation we were having. She's a lovely woman, not very large in the bosom department herself. She was surprised that boobage I already had was real and that I was still expecting more growth and hoping for at least a C or D.

Last I checked, there were two of them  8)  They swell up, they swell down, but after about 5 years I think I've settled into a C cup

Now I'm just hoping they don't turn into saggers

I laugh every time I read the "greedy cow" comment! Especially coming from a lady with smaller breasts. The competition thing, but still funny! I feel that I am that greedy cow. I always want more and more. Now that I am giving the body a rest from bovine ovary (again the "cow," lol) for a month, I am using the Noogleberry pumping system more heavily. One boob is larger than the other, so I am pumping the smaller one a lot more to see if it evens out. So far, it seems to be doing well. So, for those who are wondering how to even out the breasts, this is one way you can do it. Works for me, anyhow! Love those boobs! And they are habit forming, too! Love the extra weight up front! Bring it on, boobie fairy!!

VM, mine were perky to begin with, now they are sagging. I pumped the smaller one so that it would evenly sag, lol. For me, being either a large B or small C cup (estimation), it is most likely the age thing, but as there is more weight to factor in, sagging is just natural, I guess. Can't always be larger and perky, too, I guess! Hopefully yours won't be "saggers."

Does the pump thing really work??? My breasts are doing OK but if that helps that might be worth it . I'd love a nice pair of C cup very pretty girls.

I think mine are slowing down, growing outward wise, but they definatly are still pushing out bit by bit. But they are filling out. My Doctor said im some btween tanner 4, possiably workin into 5.  She thinks the fact I lactate fairly heavily helped with that.

Mine right now at nearing the 6th month mark are about a medium A cup. However, instead of the conical thing some have mentioned mine are very round, and growing slow in spurts. Just before a growth spurt they're sore as hell, then afterward they are still sore but not as much. As for size, I'm tiny built and already have spine issues so I'll be very happy with a B cup. Right now I wear a 34A. On rare occasions a 36A depending on brand. And if I get to a C cup, as some have said -stop growing please!! Whatever I end up with even if they're just good A's I  don't ever plan on any BA. I can wear a padded bra if I need more effect with an outfit. Right now I wear comfort bra's such as Genie's or Coobie's. No matter how small, or big they get they're mine and I'm very happy to have them.

Best wishes!

My view on final breast size for me is like this this:
- half A: I can live with that, push-up bra can fill the rest (current stage)
- A: OK, that's fine
- B: Great
- C: Bonus
- D: Stop growing please

That's great. Love it. DD should be "No, really, STOP."

From what I've heard, DD would be time to schedule reduction surgery. I knew someone who's boobs never stopped growing and as a result she ended up with MASSIVE back problems. I know her husband liked them, but fortunately he understood when she said she needed reduction.

FrancisAnn,

Yes, the Noggleberry does help in addition to other things you are taking. They say to do it maybe 15 minutes at a time. I do it for an hour, but during that time I don't pump them up too much. I bought the pump with the pressure gauge so that I can keep them at a certain comfortable level. They sometimes leak out little by little. Then I replenish the suction. I try to seal them well and most important, for lubrication, I use vitamin E oil all over the boobs, especially at the areas that the cups come in contact with the boobs. They leave rings, but they go away in a few hours. I sometimes pump them up, then set a timer for an hour, sleep for that hour, then release the suction when the alarm goes on. Once I fell asleep, forgetting to set the timer, I think for around two to three hours. No damage to the boobs, luckily.
