Nice long slender neck Brianna, I don't see any sign of an adam's apple, so a trach shave probably isn't necessary.

I don't think you'll need it Brianna. Not from what I'm seeing. You have a good canvas for hrt to sculpt it's magic on.

It's been a long time and I have rarely ventured onto this thread. Anyway, I just wanted to add my encouragement to the feedback you have received from others. There really has been a lot of change and your face is much softer and fuller than when you started out. Are you now actually living as a woman, at least part time?

Out of curiosity, I also put my official "work" photo (in avatar right now)  through Pictriev (didn't know it existed until I read your post) and it came out 94% feminine and 45 years old. Not bad for a soon to be 57 year old granny  .  BTW, my previous avatar photo, with my grand daughter, scored 99% feminine but said I looked like Hillary Clinton: 30% ressemblance 

Moral of the story, by the time you get to my age it will still be telling you that you're 40!

thanks it did  go well, I hav another date wit him Sunday. He's a New Orleans detective n makes really good money so ima do my best to not mess this up cause he could be my ticket to getting electrolysis,breast implants,Jaw/chin shaving, n SRS

@Angelique: You don't need all those procedure really, you look so feminine already! You are stunning and beautiful but if it will make you feel more comfortable with yourself then go ahead XD bu yeah you are gorgeous

@Chic: You have a round face which is great and a good standpoint for not being on HRT, the only times I can see a guy is in the frontal pictures, especially for your nose, which is not extremely masculine but with make up it can be more feminine, but you are not using make up so that's maybe why, if you start using make up and change your eyebrows then you are in good shape! Really cute :3

@VampireBrianna: I don't think you need a trachea shave, I can't see any Adam's apple, and you have very small ears and a long neck... Very feminine :3

do you identify as female? Your avatar says "A". Andro is somewhere inbetween. On this picture you look like a regular bint I suppose.

Shantel and Donna, thank You for those words of encouragement . Big changes in a way, but still a lot of small steps to take.

Primrose, tnx . "Bint", lol - I had to look that expression up . Umm, androgyne is more complicated that just in between, but to keep it simple, I consider myself non-binary, my core identity is female and I am embracing it. But I dont see myself as 100% female and dont think I will ever get there. But having accepted that no matter what, there will always be a minor masculine part in me, I stopped making fuss about that and in its turn, it stopped stressing and worrying me .
