Keep in mind that I read the manga first and was thoroughly disappointed with the tv anime.
YES. It is full of awesome. It actually follows the manga. Unlike the tv anime which deviates drastically right after the Valentine brothers (which is the second book in a ten book series) and leaves out all the best parts and characters.

Mentally kicking myself for not having the money at the time. I think there are still some copies lying around town still and Alucard did give a unique spin on horror.  Looks like my DVD collection will be growing again very soon.

I've had a bottle of Jack now for nearly a year -never cracked. I also have a small bottle of Wild Turkey 101 I bought sometime in 2012 still over half full. I was never much of a drinker, lol!

Yep. My meds won't like that one bit.

I suppose it's better for my health, but I still miss drinking since I didn't do it that often (a little went a long way once I started drinking again after dropping it entirely for several years). But I don't even tempt myself with a shot. These days I live vicariously through my fanfic characters when it comes to intoxication.

Yea, you gotta see if you can still stand up after the first one, before you have a 2nd. Two during the course of a whole night was the most I ever had at once. Love em though, tastes just like a glass of iced tea if it's made right.
