this time a picture of me in girlmode rather than andro clothes

I know my hair is a mess and I really need to start practicing makeup
Like me you have the figure for it (though I am trying to flatten my belly a bit). Your photo suffers somewhat from over-contrasty-camera syndrome which accents the shadows under the brow, top of the nose, under the eyes, and under the bottom lip. If you use a poor quality camera, it usually helps to pull it into photoshop and adjust the contrast using the "levels" filter until the contrast level matches reality. Not doing so can give you a false impression of how you look to people.
If you want my suggestions:
1 - makeup, and don't overdo it, just a touch. Use it to reduce the shadows under your brow, and eyes, the top of your nose, and under your bottom lip, eyeliner maybe?
2 - posture, you and I suffer from the same thing. "Stack your blocks" as my mother used to say.
3 - eyebrows, if you're going to present as fem consistently, you have enough eyebrow that you can shape them by plucking what falls outside of the shape you want, a nice arch should be pretty easy. I've seen some people use concealer and eyebrow pencil to shape them instead so they can go back to "boy mode", though with yours as thick as they are, I'm not certain how that would look.
4 - Glasses (JUST KIDDING, that's just me obsessing over glasses lately)
