SCORE!

Indeed...but sadly with the cost of surgery and whatnot my paycheck is simply going to vanish. -_-

I found 3 cents today.  That made me happy.

A lady called me "madam" twice.  Surprisingly that made me happy, because I loved her accent, and you rarely hear people say the word "madam" to people.  I use that word at work to refer to women I don't know.

When you take the view that money is just a vehicle to accomplish things with and that you don't own any, you are just the steward of other people's fortunes, and that you came into the world barefoot and naked and you're going to leave that way and take nothing with you......then the pain becomes quite bearable.  ;D

I bought a gift certificate at a tattoo shop awhile back when I had too much money and wanted to get chest tattoos to feel better about my nonstandard scarring. It's been long enough that my chest can be safely worked on, but I don't feel ready and the certificate had an expiration date so I went and got something simple on my arm to see how it feels to get professional work. I got an inch-thick black band just below the elbow, and I love it. I went to a place that is explicitly transfriendly and it was nice not to face suspicion about my age or comments about my soft skin.

They were also incredibly patient with my daughter's questions and general hyperactivity. One guy applied temporary tattoos to her arms (butterflies and a flower) and bragged to the other artist that he was able to do 3 tattoos in record time. ;D

This is such an ego boost. I like inhabiting my body, but wanting to look at it is sometimes another matter.

Got my hair done, now below my shoulders. It's gorgeous! Last time it was this long I was held down and my head shaved.

My demons were losing!

So I went back to my car, saw an incredible pair of earrings far too expensive so I bought them.

My demons can go back to Hell where they belong.

I miss my brother so much - would have told him he would have laughed and told me how silly I was.

Sorry.

Not a bad point. I kept that in mind as I funnelled most towards my bills and the rest towards my tuition haha.

My parents were kind enough to pay for my drivers ed and half the car down payment in lieu of a Christmas and birthday present, because they knew I needed to put the 2K those would cost me towards surgery. So now I will definitely make enough to pay for it on time. :) I still have to bust my butt but it takes so much pressure off. Only need 3 or 4 extra shifts a month on top of what I am already doing.

Had a silly conversation with my girlfriend about why we like each other.  We have the same headcanons, hate the same characters, and play the same games.  Obviously there's a lot more, but it's fun to joke around like that ^^

I finally got an appointment to see a NHS psychologist for a second opinion as to whether I have GD :)
Maybe I can finally begin to progress through the system.
I refuse to live in fear! Come hell or high water I will not back down! I will live my life!
But you have no life.
Ha. Even that won't stop me.

I will protect even those I hate, so long as it is right.

I am going to make a ton of money this month, and maybe even more than my calculations since there are a TON of open shifts just waiting to be taken...that means I will have about 2K to put directly into my surgery fund. The only problem is that I may not be able to drive until like October...meaning that the commute is going to be just brutal to make all of these shifts happen. Oh well, it'll make driving all that sweeter. ;D
