Hi I am undergoing SRS in February. I have a question... After SRS is our  vagina virgin like a GG before sex. Basically, I'm not promiscuous, I'm very much not having sex till marriage, but do we bleed the first time?

Yes it's tight that's why we must always dilate.

And yes there could be times you could bleed a little because of sex.

It won't have a hymen, if that's what you are asking.

Yes, hymen to break and bleed a little.  Whether you will bleed will probably depend on how relax or tense you are as well as lubrication, natural or added, also on how much dilation you do before.

Thank you that is exactly what I was asking. If you get married, but you do not bleed the first time... It will be kind of hard to explain.

Jaz650, you are lucky to have a family that supports you. Who is your srs surgeon?

A lot of cis women don't bleed the first time though...

Secondly I don't know of any surgeons that create a hymen, can't imagine how they could construct the membrane.

So no - you probably won't have a hymen but don't worry - not everyone bleeds the first time, just people who aren't  (or their partners aren't) being gentle

What good would a created Hyman be?

First the stent needs to be removed.

Second we have to dilate and dilate.

As I said earlier you are only as tight as your dilation routine and could or could not have some blood doing sex.

I had sex for first time with my boyfriend 14 months after my surgery, I did have a little bleeding for the first few times, I don't know if I was too tight or his weapon was too big, it was a little painful, but over time my vagina got use to his size and the bleeding disappeared.
It's important the guy takes it gentle as the new vagina is still healing, for me it was a chore and tedious, but seeing that big smile on his face was a vote of confidence in me and my womanhood.

Samantha007, you sound like a normal cis woman.  The first time you are so tense that it hurts bad and he may not even get in; after you learn to relax and get use to him he can get in fine and it feels great in you.

No, you won't have a hymen. But I'll reiterate what others have said - many, possibly now most, cis women don't bleed the first time either. Some are born without hymens, and more will break it either during normal life (bike riding, etc.) or decide to use tampons. Any guy who believes a woman who doesn't bleed wasn't a virgin is ignorant and so old-fashioned he'd probably be out of place in the 19th century.

(And if you truly believe you *must* bleed, then do what those cis women did in the olden days : arrange to have a little blood handy [cut your finger or something] and smear it on the sheets or yourself when he's not looking.)

Just a quick note - there ARE surgeries that create a hymen. They would have to be done after GRS though. They are quite popular in muslim circles for women who have no hymen or where it is broken for any reason in orfer to restore it so they can get married

Anjaq : That's true, and worth mentioning. But yeah, no GRS surgeon I'm aware of installs one routinely.

I can't help but think having a hymen is incompatible with dilating.

Yep no real use for the hymen in a neo vagina.

But some doctors have left a little extra skin to mimic the broken hymen.

Donno just way to much unrealistic expectation type of thing.

I have had penetrative sex since SRS, and I didn't bleed the first time... I was very tight... my partner actually remarked he loved how tight i was...  and he made me orgasm. it was a good night

The first time I had sex (6 weeks post-op) I told the guy I was a virgin and was really nervous. I DID leave a couple of drops of blood on the sheets and he believed me! I know I didn't have a hymen but I have no idea why the  sharp, short pain or the blood but it worked out okay LOL!
