First day on estrogen. Got my first shot yesterday.
So, I start from here:

Being negative by nature, I don't expect much.
I have to get my hair growing back (eventually a better hair cut too), get better with the make-up, shape my eyebrows, get my triple eyelids fixed (maybe my chin too) and JUST BEING MYSELF!
Lot of work ahead and being patient.

It has become utterly impossible for me to judge my pictures anymore. They have become like optical illusions for me. Sometimes I look at them one way and see one thing, and sometimes I look at them another way and see something else. They are all selfies taken with a cheap webcam, in the middle of the night, after returning from a club date. And what I see in the mirror is something different than I see in the photos. Sometimes I think I look worse in the photos and sometimes better, but it is never the same. The digital photography does weird things with the light and shadow. Yet when I looked at last nights pictures, I can't recognize this person I am seeing as anyway connected to my old life. She is a completely new creature. Whether she passes in any sense is a different subject.
