Tonight we're making pasta with meat sauce.

Last night I had grilled chicken, cook up rice (which my wife made) and some sweet potatoes grilled with BBQ sauce. It was good!

The cook up rice is basically rice with black eye peas. It's similar to the Jamaican rice and peas that one would eat with curry goat.

Mmmmm!

In preparation for tonight Sweetie made coleslaw last night. Tonight I made frozen (Nathan's) French fries and onion rings , battered wild caught shrimp with choice of tartar sauce or remoulade and scratch biscuits. To wash it down I had hard cider and Sweetie had her favorite root beer. I only found out today that Sprecher's root beer was available here.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

With a name like Smuckers Sprecher's, it has to be good!

Campanella with meat sauce. For those unaware, pasta should always be cooked in a pan, not a pot.

I've relapsed into staying up super late after being on a decent schedule for a long time, so when dinnertime rolls around I intend to compensate for my tiredness by either purchasing Burgerville or cooking spaghetti with fancy sauce and bread and stuff.
