What would you like to cook? Have you ever had Caribbean Cuisine? Particularly from Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Guyana, Barbados and Grenada.

We're trying to make doubles next, my mom used to make them sometimes and I've bought many from the "doubles man" in various places, be sure to have it with hot pepper (if you can).
