Okay, I've finally remembered, so here are what I think might help:
-I think guys appreciate honesty, so don't make yourself something you aren't just to make friends
-If you're exactly like them, as in you dress the same, talk the same, act the same and think the same, they'll probably accept you. Although, I doubt that you want that, and it kinda contradicts my previous statement, but whatever
-The obvious one is be boyish
-Also, be who you want. I think they will respect who you want to be, but there are obviously exceptions to this, as there is to almost everything.
-Be careful. You don't want to fall in with the "wrong" people. I would personally consider them the people that cause trouble, smoke, do drugs or bring guns to school(US and other applicable countries).
I based these points on what the boys here, in my town in Ireland, specifically County Dublin, so this may or may not be helpful [emoji14] But I hope it does help!
