I've eaten enough Mac & Cheese with wieners and bacon to sink a fine Naval ship  8)  I began to get experimental with it, emphasis on the mental, which reminds me I have some left over Mac and Cheese lasagna topped with baked beans in the fridge that needs to get finished up

Forgot to mention that I garnish it with sauteed onions, mushrooms and garlic LOL Yup, gettin' crazy with the Mac & Cheese

Y'all are killing me with all this mac and cheese talk. It is my favorite meal but I have a newly diagnosed condition that precludes me from consuming it. I had had mac and cheese for every single birthday since the first one until last year. 35 consecutive b day dinners it was the only celebration I allowed myself. I had sausages this past year.  I miss mac and cheese so much. I loved all kinds from frozen to dry powder to homemade. My best itteration used sage d'arby and green pees. It looked gross but was oh so good!

That's a tough call today.  My wife had to leave town on business until late tomorrow night, so I'm on my own.   I can either heat up some leftover voodoo chili or I can go out.   I'm sort of burned out on the leftovers, had Italian last night and am having Mexican tomorrow night.  Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Thai are hardly any fun alone...

So, umm?

Fried chicken cutlets, mashed red garlic potatoes, peas, lingonberry and a green salad with a blush wine vinaigrette
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

I just destroyed a Papa Johns medium pizza with hamburger and bacon, topped with Parmesan and Romano cheese.  Kind of negates my 5k run yesterday.  :embarrassed:

Left over dirty rice, homemade and very savory with big piecs of liver. And I just made applesauce for the first time. I improvised a recipie. 2 large Macintosh apples peeled and minced. 1 1/2 cups of water, pinch of salt, 5 cloves, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon,  1/4 teaspoon coriander and one tablespoon of raw honey. Boiled it all for 45 minutes mashing it every five minutes. It tastes amazing and worked out to a twelve ounce jar. It will be so good cold with the hot rice.

I think I just found a new hobby. I used to make cheese but can't eat dairy any more. I do love to boil and preserve stuff.
