This was white cheddar, I never had it before. Not bad, but pricey for what you get.

Coconut chicken with tropical rice based upon a recipe in the January issue of food network magazine. That nook subscription was the best $10 I've spent in the last 12 months!
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

Fresh lobster ravioli and steamed asparagus. Used one pot, took 15 minutes from putting the water on to boil to serving.

From my garden to you! :) But the shotgun's loaded with rock salt, so stay away from my asparagus patch and rigatoni tree! >:-)

Recipe

I put the pasta on to boil, then put a stick of butter, six chopped asparagus spears, three crushed cloves of garlic, a good wallop of red pepper flakes, a good wallop of Italian seasoning, and a good wallop of parsley in a pan over medium heat and kept it moving until the butter was slightly browned. I drained the pasta, tossed it all for a couple minutes in the pan to distribute the sauce, and arranged the asparagus tips on top.

Googled it, you've attained hero status with me! Pray tell, what happened to the green leafy vegetables and rutabaga soup?
