This is actually a rather difficult question because I don't go by the traditional breakfast, lunch, dinner thing  :-\

I don't eat much really, I just make whatever I happen to have on hand or what sounds good to me at the time

I do like to cook though, so I took a 1/4" thick frozen slice of turkey ham from last year's holidays and grilled it but it wouldn't give me much information

So I made a honey rosemary sauce to pour on it

Then I made mash potatoes and a mushroom broccoli gravy

Big Kim?  Nothing for dinner?  That doesn't sound like much fun :(

It wasn't,I worked when I was hungry, when the chance of a break came I'd lost any apetite

I almost wish it worked like that for me, Kim. I don't feel hunger while I'm deep in a project. As soon as I come out of it I'm ravenous!

Tonight I was set to cook but Sweetie was too hungry to wait so we went (ugh) to McDonald's. Just as well I didn't cook, her sense of taste was way off! She would have insulted my cooking. We mixed the last of her sweet tea with my unsweetened. She wanted to refill her cup with Coke. She said it wouldn't bother me cause it wasn't very sweet. It was like syrup! McD's doesn't taste good to me anymore either. HRT has rewired my taste buds and they're hella sensitive now.

Last night's dinner was much better. The general manager of the local Outback Steakhouse owed us a meal. I had the new flatiron steak, garlic mashed potatoes, a ceasar salad and some hard cider, yummy!
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

I got a lifetime ban from McDonalds 15 years ago for handing out pictures of dead cows to customers.(I was an animal rights activist)

I cooked up some chicken and pasta. Earlier I baked cookies, and made some cheesy scrambled eggs. Did it for my boyfriend's birthday, and he hardly even appreciated it. He thinks I should be cooking all the time anyway, but I RARELY do. Sorry, I didn't transition just to cook and clean for a man, or fit anybody's expectations of what my gender should be. >:(

Everything I made was delicious though. :)

Planning on making a nice chicken salad tonight. Might try baking some cookies later on today as well.

There was a thing I saw on the internet that talked about how gendered stereotypes won't help out anyone in the kitchen. Everyone has to eat! So next time, if your boyfriend acts like this, just make enough food for yourself. :-) If he wants some, tell him he needs to learn how to cook.

Right now I am eating homemade mac n' cheese. Such a great comfort food!

Last night I had 6 Oysters Kilpatrick (Oysters cooked in Lea & Perrins sauce with chopped bacon), followed by Tasmanian Salmon in a sweet chilli marinade with spinach and small roasted potatoes. This was followed by Greek yoghurt and Black berries, al washed down with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc white wine from Marlborough in New Zealand (they make the very best Sauvignon Blanc!)

fried cactus is somewhat like green chili, you just have to make sure the spines are off it, the cashier at the store looked like she wanted to throw something at me because she'd never handle it before and I didn't realize There were spines on it so I didn't put it in a plastic bag and she got stuck.

I would have liked a picture of that...

I have seen something similar, where people had to be really careful in handling it.
Can you take off the spines manually or do you have to cook them first ?

Soup with beans, onions and rolls.

I saw this on TV once when there was a drought in Texas the ranchers burned off the needles with a torch so the cattle could get the water and food. I just put the pads over an open flame and burn them off.
