I am going to give you a little advice that you may follow or ignore but if you follow it, it will reduce the pain you will feel in the future. As long as you are moving in the right direction in life you will tend to feel better after each issue that you deal with. If you are not making progress, the pain will return. You have made some progress accepting yourself so you feel better for now. The next thing you need to do is start therapy. Therapy may not be easy for you and you may become uncomfortable but as you resolved your issues, and move on to the next phase, you will feel better again. There are additional problems to overcome but there will reach a point where the problems are all taken care of and you will be happy without the pain returning.
