I'm more of a reader than a poster, but something weird has happened, almost unnoticed. About twenty years ago I was having another drunken night with mates and we got into the 'smiley' dare, which is a kind of stupid toughness challenge. You heat up a cigarette lighter by letting it burn for a certain time (the longer the 'better') and then pressing it onto your skin and holding it there for ten seconds without flinching. Needless to say I did a great job. Sixty second burn time, full ten pressing it onto the back of my hand. So for the weeks after I had a huge blistery weeping sore on my hand, which left a pretty bad scar. It's always been there. Never tans, always looks ugly.
It's all but gone. I was looking at my skin thinking how it was kind of dry, and then had a wtf moment. The only thing I've done any different was taking a low dose of E and P. Truly fascinating. The human body is a very interesting thing. I'm not sure what the processes behind this healing are, but it's happening. I guess I don't know myself as well as I thought
