A patient at work said I was the nicest person who has ever helped her there.  Also noticed my face skin has started to noticeably soften.

Came out to a former coworker yesterday. When I told her, she brightened up and high fived me and said that She wasn't surprised and I had been one of her best girl friends when we worked together.

I hit my goal weight!  And the size 6 skinny jeans fit! (Yay spandex... ;) )

Celebrated by buying the jeans, and both a red and black turtleneck so I can look up and to the side, at least on cold days. :)  Now I'm having my grand feast, a small spinach pizza, chop salad, and green tea.  Yum!  (Seriously.  This tastes sooooo good to me!)

Still in full 'guy' mode. I lost 10 pounds, got rid of the 'stache, put on some of my 'guy' blue era clothes from 20 pounds ago, and even tho they were a little snug, I smiled when I saw myself in the mirror.
Then I had a big supper.  :eusa_doh:
I will have to wait a bit before I put on snug stuff again   :-\
Ok, not as depressed, but still working on it.

Down 8 pounds since I started therapy. Also, after getting dressed this morning and looking in the mirror I told myself "I love you" spontaneously. That was a shock!

I discovered something has changed....     I like dark chocolate.   I always hated dark chocolate.  weird.

More relevant, I'm finally back to doing daily 1000 kcal high aerobic exercise at the gym... though it does take me closer to 90 minutes to complete now.   It means my weight and body composition are are once again fully manageable.   And that makes me very happy!
