You look incredible, and even knowing your "history" I cannot see anything masculine in your face. You absolutely do NOT need anything else done, especially jaw work. Right now you look feminine, natural, and attractive, but I think tampering with your jaw or doing pretty much anything else to your face not only isn't needed, but might make you actually look less passable. Please try and work on your self esteem, and enjoy the frankly wonderful results FFS has given you.

ok, I have a silly question, but perhaps you will answer me, how is this ffs, I go to the doctor and say that I want to look so and so and they are doing something similar, like? whether it is more on the principle that you first do a computer simulation, I am completely in the green and I would like to know it from scratch

Yeah you can get an opinion from the doctor and/or you can start researching yourself. One way many girls go is to consult someone like VFFS to give you their opinion so you have a non-doctor biased opinion from the get-go.

I did VFFS and then their opinions lined up rather well with the doctors I consulted with.

Get on with living as a woman.  Put it another way, what is it that started you down this path?  How do you know you are female?  I knew at a young age I was a girl.  People have asked how I know, but there is no way to describe it, you just know.  Just like cis folks know what gender they are.  So, if you know you are female, then live life as an "ordinary" woman.  Not some parody of women.

In our response to your question, till 5 years old my parents raised me as a girl until I started kindergarden when reality set in and eventually I molded to dressing and living as a boy. Throughout schooling and college I didn't think much about gender/self indentity. Came to US after that and realized I was gay( though I always felt very different and couldn't relate with most gay guys at all). Didn't think too much about it until I saw Rupauls drag race and that got me thinking but also knew I wasn't that because my nature is exactly opposite of those drag queens. All this time I didn't know what transgender really meant, I confused it it hermaphrodite/intersex. But when I accidentally cleared that notion, I solved the puzzle of not feeling right and fitting anywhere. I started transitioning immediately.

At this stage in my transition, I realize that although I feel totally like a female I don't relate much with the ordinary cis female and maybe don't want their life. the only thing that motivates/excites me is the image of those larger than life trans women.

In my case, during the consultation phase of my Ffs, I was pretty naive of what I wanted. Primary goal was to be more feminine erase masculine traits but not necessarily to be sexy.  Consulted with few FFS surgeons and they helped me understand what I needed. But I still didn't really liked their before/after pics. After that one night I found Dr Os FFS book online and saw the before/after pics. I couldn't believe myself how magical and spectacular those transformation were and I instantly knew I am not going elsewhere. I blindly trusted Dr D, told him to do what he thinks is right for me.

Personally I feel in most cases, it's good to have the surgeon guide and lead you in what will look/work best for you as opposed to the Ffs patient asking for a certain feature/look. But again for that you will have to find a surgeon whose work/skills you find the best and can hence trust blindly. Also keep in mind FFS is very different than a cis women going under the knife to fix something or look more attractive. Lastly generally transwoman that look sexy, acheive that look by getting operated on the same features multiple times.

Hey, these are amazing results

1. What do you think of my result?
       Outstanding
2. Was this a aggressive or conservative result?
I would say it's quite good. moderate results, while maintaining features
3. Do I still look boyish?
       Not at all.
4. What other procedures could help me more? ( I am open to travelling to any part of the world and also open to getting double jaw surgery in addition to anything else)
I don't think you need anything else at all. You look pretty good and feminine already.
5. Do I still have a masculine browbone?
       No, it's quite feminine.

6. Are my cheekbones rugged and mAsculine?
Not at all. They look good. I feel there could me more fullness (more fat on cheeks), but they look good.

7. Is my chin too receding?
       Not at all.
Hugs,

Yashika
