Well I did it. I finally ventured out into public dressed in full feminine  clothing. I work my favorite lined yoga pants, sports bra and tunic workout top and jacket then took the pup out for a 2.5 mile walk.

Received in the mail today letters from my DR That states: ...This letter will document that Denise... is a female patient of mine.... and has had appropriate clinical treatment necessary for gender transition.

Now I can change my gender marker on official government forms.  Now this S*** is real.  Honestly, boob growth was exciting, this scares me!!

One of my oldest, and best girlfriends from elementary school has recently come back into my life. Over the last week we have shared much. She has been such a huge support and blessing. So compassionate, admits her own personal troubles. With her help I almost have a whole new wardrobe. I just need to find a few tops for some of my new skirts. But she is amazing. Fifth electrolysis clearing at o2, Antwerpen. Only 7 hours for the full face, I can feel that the end of the tunnel is near!

I had booked for 8 hours today + 4 hours tomorrow. Since the work is done, I'll do some sightseeing tomorrow around the city centre ^^

Eight hours?  Two days in a row?  Wow!  You are a tougher girl than I am, that's for sure.  One hour a week is all I can take.

   I got a follow up call from the psychiatrist I met with to tell me she has referred me to the gender therapy folks. I now have a name and I'm now waiting to hear from him?. I think I would prefer a woman but we'll see.  Closer, getting closer.

At o2 they put you on morphine+fentanyl+other stuffs, so 8 hours is not as bad as it sounds. All you feel are tiny pinches but nothing beyond that. That said, this morning there was a problem with my... err, what's the below called in english? A vial? (google images doesn't seem to agree)



So there was a problem with that thing so that, unknowingly to us, the anesthesia was not being allowed into my blood so I underwent the first hour with no anesthesia at all, including upper lip. Ouch, now I know what you gals go through!

But then, the machine doing the pumping gave an error, and a second machine gave an error too, which prompted us to closely look for something else. The piece pictured in blue in the image above was partly turned, she fixed that, I pressed the button to get a shot and it finally reached my blood.

Oh, and they recently installed a counter, today I had ~700 hairs pulled at a rate of ~11.5 hairs per minute.

I started on an Androgen synthesis inhibitor, yesterday!  (Took a week for pre-auth, but it's now mine, yay!)  Probably look at starting in on Est. later this year.  (I need to solidify some basic lifestyle changes so I'm less prone to negative reactions.)  Having the clothing and makeup made me happy - this make is another level of real, though. Also, the electrolysis goes slow.. it is going at a reasonable pace.  (I have way too much facial hair, heh)  ./happy-dance

I got gendered correctly today by ... our CAT!!

She's a 12 year old ex-feral tabby, and more than a bit odd, even by feline standards.  She likes to steal my wife's socks at night and hide them in her bed or drop them on the floor.  She has never shown any interest in my socks.  Until now.  Today, my wife found one of my socks in the kitty's bed.  I can only assume that my scent has changed enough on HRT to make my socks appealing to her. 

Yesterday, during a small 2-day trip to The Hague, Netherlands, I came out to my two sons (10 and 14) in the presence of my wife. They initially cried, which made me very sad because I thought they were crying because they thought they were going to lose their dad, but it turns out they were crying because they felt sorry at how much suffering and humiliation I had endured along my life... It was my turn to cry... of joy and gratefulness! The four of us made a big, tight hug and promised we would never abandon each other! One of the best days in my life! And after such strong emotions, cherry on the top: I got to see "live" for the first time one of my favourite paintings at the Mauritshuis: Girl with a Pearl Earring, by Johannes Vermeer. [emoji4]



Today, I started electrolysis (blend, actually) on my beard. Three hours of torture... Well, actually I didn't feel so much pain. Basically, a mix of pinches with electrical discharges. I did take a generous dose of painkillers beforehand. But I anticipate significantly more pain around the lips and in the philtrum area... I hope I'm wrong! Anyways, cheeks already cleared. [emoji12]

I'm so HAPPY!!! For the first time, I'm in love with life! 😊

Yesterday, maybe just a little, I got gendered correctly at a store.  Two guys held the door open for me and my wife.  It has never happened before.  Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but maybe, just maybe, they saw me as a woman.  Still felt good, even if it was just my mind filling in the blanks.

Life is good for me. I'm selling some inherited land & moving down to Florida. It will be so nice to live 100% as myself a woman & find lots of new friends in that area. Also a nice plastic surgeon in the Tampa area for my GRS & hopefully breast implants at the same time while under. After 4 years of HRT my girls are still just a B cuo, ugggg. I so want some nice full breasts....finally. Maybe even after I settle in heal up maybe a nice normal man that needs a heterosexual woman. I'd sure love some romance from a nice taller handsome man maybe. Who knows maybe I can find another stud like my earlier years. OMG some of those men were so nice to be with.

I just recieved my new earrings and necklace in the mail today. My very first set of danglies.

Spent today with a good friend.  Lunch at her place, wine tasting, shopping and dinner.  She only misgendered me once which is pretty good since she's only known Denise for a week while the old me she's known since 1990.

I went online and looked at some really cute skirts and dresses, I will definitely be getting some of them when I come back from holidays (in Ireland) in three weeks
