I was happy with the results from the first surgery, they did what I expected.
After a few months I could see that there was more to be done.
I analized pictures of my face and decided there was an issue with the contour of my jaw and chin.
I felt that the back of the jaw was too square and could be rounded off.
Half way between the back and the chin I feel it bulges there and gives too much of a squared look.
The chin is not to bad in terms of squareness but if it were rounded and reduced it would look better I think.
The end result should be a softer more gentle and rounded curve with the end points being the back of the jaw and higher up towards the ear.
That is the best way I can describe it.
I cant post pictures yet and I cant see yours to comment on your situation.
Lots of people, myself included get told that they don't need much taken away and that is fine.
But take it from me as a person who is a 3D artist, small changes matter and several small changes can make a big difference in total.
I don't expect a dramatic change from jaw recontouring just a noticeable one.
People make micro expressions all the time that can communicate a lot to a viewer, so can micro changes to the face with FFS.
FFS is about softening the features, any taking down of a hard point or edge in the bones will do this.
