I think I'm going to do chicken sauteed with bell peppers, onions, and garlic.  Set it aside, and deglaze the pan with some white wine, add cream and parmesan cheese to make a sauce.  Mix it back together and slop that mess over the top of some spiralized  quick sauteed zucchini.

I think tonight will be some combo of left overs, but last night was homemade pierogi, my first time making them without my mom's presence.  OMG, they came out so good!  We only have a few of those left.  Ham...mmmmmmmmm, ham!

Since I'm cooking again it's fajitas. Thin sliced petite sirloin strips are slow cooking in a fajita seasoning sauce. The onions and 4 colors of bell peppers are all sliced and ready to be added later when the meat is nice and tender. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese is in the fridge and flour tortillas are standing by waiting to be stove top toasted and filled.  It's smelling good already.

Hugs,

Pearl Country Club hot dogs (finest in the land!) cooked in beer and served in buttered and toasted New England style hotdog rolls with mustard and dill relish.

If you're not from here, you wouldn't understand.

That sounds pretty good actually, might go well with some thick cut fries and maybe some black beans and coleslaw

I'll have to give it a whirl when I'm feeling better and can eat again

Hotdogs for everybody! I always cook them in beer, it makes the hotdogs feel better about the whole affair.  8)

I don't really believe in the whole breakfast, lunch and dinner thing, I just eat whatever sounds kinda good whenever I'm able to eat something

Anyway, it's about 5:30 in the morning and I'm making my own version of teriyaki pork and rice

Last night I bought an Italian sausage of some kind, it's dry and hard like salami or pepperoni. I sliced it up and sautéed it in olive oil and butter until crispy with some garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley and black pepper. Then I  tossed cooked spinach and ricotta tortellinis in it until coated.

Tonight I'm eating the leftovers.  :)

Pizza. How good is my pizza place? They're the pizza place next to a pizza place and they deliver pizza to the pizza place across the street.

Tonight I will feast upon a nice rib eye steak, rosemary potatoes, and a mix salad. It will be washed down with a glass of ghost waltz cabernet sauvignon.
