I'm going to say yes to passable. The Goth look has never been my thing, but with a few suggestions echoed... shoulders back (your posture looks horrible), take some time with the hair, eyebrows eyebrows eyebrows, some tweaking with your makeup. The only real issue is going to be your cleft chin. Generally a masculine feature. Other than that you look like you could be there. From spending a lot of time around the drag community, being heavier helps as it masks your bone structure. Being a bit more fluffy helps with passability. I do recommend losing weight for health reasons, but it does make it easier to pick up on male and female cues. So it is a double edged sword.
