I do.
I jog,
Swim,
Dance,
Occasional martial arts like Aikido,
Bike,
Longboard,
Ski when I can get it,
And of course I play frisbee as I live in Boulder (it's kinda like a requirement  ;)  )
So yeah.
What do you do?
Have any rafting plans this summer?

Hum.  Walk 20-30 miles a week, Hike when I can, Bike 10 miles a week but need to do more, Dance 2-4 hours a week and Sail whenever I can find time to untie the dock lines, I live on a Sailboat next to the SF bay trail.

Kayak some too.  Not too bad for an older girl.

Of course I've really slowed down from my past life HAHAHA, Boy I was intense then

Yarr! Do any sports?

No.....

but I do excercise everyday walking and excercising dogs. I'll probably walk about 4 miles a day......I used to jog but not recently since we have had a lot of bad winter weather..

Well, I USED to drive my car around racetracks as fast as I could, lol... but lost interest in it. It was quite the passion of mine though while it lasted.

Otherwise, no, not much these days. I love spending the day in parks, hiking the trails and taking pics. I like frisbee (I like to throw things, lol). I used to like swimming a bit, but it's a little *complicated* right now, lol.

I jog, not a sport though is it? :P
Badminton sometimes
Violent table tennis... a game me and my girl friends invented, it involves Serena Williams tennis on a very small court :P (and can be hilarious)
Airsoft : shooty combat game thingy - being one of few girls raises the ogling factor above comfortable, but ill live.
Hiking and mountain climbing
used to do downhill mountain biking at a competitive level. haven't ridden
in a while.

I don't play team sports or anything, but I jog 2-3 miles on the beach every morning, I love that! I used to play lacrosse and soccer many moons ago. I still can watch a good lacrosse game every now and then. I also used to bodyboard but I don't really do that anymore. Sometimes I miss it, but the water is soooo crowded out here in Socal.

I ride bikes and walk a lot, mostly to get around, but I do enjoy it.  I do martial arts, have for a long time, but that's more a job deal then a sport.  I've been skiing the Tahoe resorts (and others) since I was 5, and I'm not half bad, though I used to be better when I was a bit younger, and a lot dumber.  But I still live to ski and get in about 25-30 days a year at Squaw, Alpine, Sugar Bowl and Heavenly.  I do technical climbing, and used to do freestyle also.  Again the young and dumb deal, just got to a point where I thought "hey, a safety might not be all that bad an idea."  I still do competitive truck loading from time to time also.

I still Like playing Racquetball. I try to play like twice a week.

Bowling and tennis are fun. I suck immensely at both, but I have fun.

Biking is fun. I'm not fast or a good hill climber, but given enough water & energy bars I can go a long time.

Just Mandy

I bike a lot in good weather, I average about 100 miles a week but not as much in cold or extreme hot. I'll do a
long ride at least two or three times a year maybe 100 miles each. Skiing when I get a chance but that only happens a couple
of times a year, if that. Probably not a sport but I do a lot of squats, it's amazing how squats work your entire body without bulking
up anything but your thighs and butt. It's the only weight lifting I do anymore. If I could just find something
that would minimize my waist I'd be all over it. My belly is flat but so are my sides :( and all my hip measurement is in
my butt... to the rear (36" hips and 30" waist) LOL.

There are some things I'd like to do. I'd love to be able to surf or wind-surf on a regular basis but then I'd
need to live near the beach :(  I'd also like to try hang gliding sometime, I think that would be awesome.

Something sleeps deep within us
hidden and growing until we awaken as ourselves.

I never played sports in school, but I love to play football, basketball, some tennis, and I jog and hike a lot through the woods. Also, when I have the chance, I love a good workout in the gym.

Yay - I am ridding my bike again. I am at least able to go out with the group now - I am not as fit or as strong as I use to be.

I am not inclinded to get into the pool for a swim (people might notice some changes now) and running has been lost for a long time.

I guess that make me a cyclist.

I don't think anyone was talking about doing it on the entertainment level, which is not sports, but more business.  And in that sense, if having you on the team could put butts in the seats, I see little they are not willing to do.

I ski hard. I'm a lousy rock climber. I hike, I bike (long hill climbs, mainly), I do a little alpine ice and a lot of sub-technical rock scrambling. I love messing around in desert canyons. I'm afraid of heights, and I love fear.

One day I will be a surfer.
All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another.
