@KathyLaurenDear Kathy:Thank you for your reply.
Yes indeed, it feels good to have my life back in a couple of ways. Since tax season ended after April 15th a couple weeks ago I am thankfully done with the super-long hours and working 6 or 7 days a week that I had been doing for a couple months and along with injuring my back falling on the ice getting to my office it has taken me a couple weeks to get back to a somewhat normal schedule for my business and finally starting my social life again. I was just very weary and worn out.
Yes, indeed, I had a great walk with my Tooth-Fairy last evening... daylight till well after 10:30 last night.
Today I am going to the gym with my gym-gals group early this afternoon and then out to a late lunch or early dinner with all of them... it is so nice to have a group of close and accepting friends.
I hope that your electrolysis session went well for you... were they able to do everything you wanted yesterday or will your require a followup visit real soon? .... or not for a month or two?
I am glad to read that you will be changing you T-blocker to Cypro... although I never did have any problems with taking Spiro>>> I just had to eat more pickles!!!
Hopefully you won't have the same bad side-effects that you had with Spiro.
Oh yeah, regarding the weather, it has been a strange winter just about everywhere in Alaska, Canada and the USA. That darned Polar Vortex raised heck with the weather and temperatures.
Today is considerably colder than it was yesterday... the temperatures are not quite reaching the mid 50's (F) and tomorrow on Friday it is supposed to be colder still... in the high 20's overnight and eventually in the low 30's (F) and
SNOW is forecast. I guess that the Month of May is starting out like winter is still here. Hopefully that will be the end of it... I am glad things are greening up for you, but not here, not yet.
Regarding the covered deck you are planning to build... and the excavator... are you planning to operate the machine?
If I remember correctly, last year you had posted a picture of yourself on a similar machine...
unfortunately I never got my act together to publish the "Hot and Sweaty" picture montage of contributing members that I had been planning..... bad me!!!
Again Kathy, thanks for your reply, I trust that you will have success getting your GRS scheduled soon.... and maybe soon hopefully you can get on a new prescription of
Progesterone when your doctor finally OKs it.
Hugs and best wishes as always,

Nice photo!
I am glad that you are able to get active again. I hope you have an enjoyable walk with your Tooth Fairy.
I had my first electrolysis session in a month today. Between scheduling conflicts and my electrocutioner being away for two weeks, I missed the whole month of April. My upper lip was getting quite dark with 5 o'clock shadow in the interim, to the point that I needed concealer on it, so I am glad to be getting back into a regular routine.
I dropped off my new HRT prescription at the pharmacy. They don't keep the good stuff in stock, so it will be tomorrow or Friday before I can pick it up. But by the weekend, I should be off spiro (squeeee!!) and on cypro.
So I am feeling pretty good. Now, if the weather would just warm up!. The polar vortex has parked itself over the Labrador Sea, so our winds are coming straight off Baffin Island and Labrador. Things are getting green, but the temperature struggles to get up to 10C in the afternoon.
In anticipation of warmer weather eventually, we are planning to build a covered deck on the shady side of our guesthouse / storage room. We had an excavator in this morning to prepare the ground for it.
