At this point I think I'd still rather have a larger clit and a prosthetic.  Even if I have to use a stall and a stp device (with a glue-on realistic prosthetic) I at least really need the sensations intact more than I need a real-flesh organ that doesn't quite work.

Im not to sure now after reading about it and reading the rest of the posts that you cant pee whilst standing up that would be an 75% must for me.. I hope they improve.. if this is done ok then I will be seriously thinking about this...

I'll take the orgasms, thank you.  For me an expensive stp prosthetic and whatever growth I get from T will have to suffice.  A limp dangly useless phalloplasty penis that is anorgasmic is just not worth the pain or expense in my opinion.  I can't live without orgasms.  Well, I suppose I could, but it wouldn't be willingly.

The pics look real and all, and yeah sex would be more important to me than standing up to pee.... but then I've never had an orgasm either.... One step at a time though I guess.
