Thanks so much everyone! I'm already feeling close to back to normal just two short days after surgery. I was pretty damn nervous going in today to get my drainage tubes taken out. He didn't even really give me a warning it was coming and BAM...it was out without me even so much as feeling a tiny prick. After that my face felt a lot lighter and I started feeling a lot more like normal. The swelling on my face has already gone down a good deal and I walked about a quarter of a mile to the store today with no problems whatsoever. My girlfriend says she's already noticing some pretty significant changes in my brow and Dr. Konior said my chin looked wonderful as he was changing the gauze. I'm super excited to see it without all the bandages on. I couldn't possibly recommend Dr. Konior and his wonderful staff any higher! I can't wait to put some pics up as soon as these last bandages come off!
Thanks again for all the encouragement everyone!!
Edit: one more sidenote; I did have VFFS pics done by Alexandra and I showed him my nose in particular. He said that was pretty much just what he had in mind and that it was a really nice idea to help guide him towards what I wanted.

Well, the nose splint came off and even though it is still swollen some I think I will be very satisfied. My chin stills seems very large to me but he also said that would be the slowest for all the fluid to get out of and it might take as long as 3 weeks. But, here's some pics I took yesterday at day 7.
