I am on hormones and using Estrofem about a year, but it didn't help my hip development.
My hips are still as small as a males and I hate this. Besides, I don't notice any fat distribution at my hips.

Do you know any hormone which especially works for the fat development in hip erea?

I recently read that estrofem focuses more on estrone production instead of estrogen, so from my understanding it's strictly for natal women going through menopause. But I could be wrong?? *shrugs*.
This was my preferred choice as well as it is bioidentical and micronised. I'm currently on the ol' standard progynova. Which is working for fat redistribution, especially hips and thighs. SO yeah we're not spoilt for choice for good safe hormones, but progynova will always be my second preferred choice, first being the perfect one that I still haven't found :P

I heard that Progynova could cause hair growth on face. Is it true? Does it increase the body hair?

What about Premarin, does it works only on breasts or can it help the the development as well as breast development?

I don't know the specific hormone, but in general, added estrogens can cause increased masculinization (facial hair growth etc) in women for the same reason added testosterone can cause feminization (gynecomastia etc) in men; when you have an excess of one hormone, some portion gets converted to the other.

From what I understand, that's not something trans people have to worry about, at least if the dosages are correct and your hormone levels are staying within the "normal" range. However, it is possible that there could be something unique to the particular hormone preparation you're considering, so you may want to ask your doctor.

My sense is that a doctor isn't actually involved in this case, as these are question any doctor prescribing hormones should be able to answer for her.

So, either ask your doctor Andreaa, or get a doctor and then ask your doctor...

Yeah what kyril said, too much estrogen only causes problems. Are you seeing a doctor or self medicating? I don't want to assume, but I'm sure you know the rules around here.
Premarin is evil and you should avoid it like the plague, it does more harm than good.
Are you on any anti-androgens? If you are just taking estrofem then it will be a lot less effective without AA's, plus you'll find you'll still have plenty of body hair without them.

May I ask why Premarin is evil and should be avoided like the plague?

Generally because it contains amongst other things an equine estrogen which cannot be metabolised by the human liver and has been implicated in various highly undesirable side effects.

It was widely used in the 1980's but has now fallen widely out of favour.

But to answer the OP's question - there are no hormones that will induce hip widening once the pelvis has ossified - which takes place at around the age of 16 to 17. Those of us who transitioned very young do sometimes get a very small amount of widening - but after the age of about 22/23 forget it.

Oh - and no estrofem does NOT produce estrone - it contains estradiol-hemihydrate - which is simply an easier to metabolise varient of estradiol-valerate! (which is what progynova contains - so they are in fact pretty well exactly the same thing!)

Evil is indeed putting it a bit strongly - but most UK endocrinologists seem to prefer other varients now, for the reasons that I have outlined in my previous answer.

I can't ask it to a doctor because;
First, the doctors here are not specialized at hormone usage in Ts.
Second, the hormone perscription can only be done at 2 hosptials and other psychriatrists views about the issue are irrevelant. Besides, the psychriatrists there are sworn to keep the transitioned Ts at a certain number.

And last word.. I had seen a psychriatrists who told me "Find a sexualy active woman, she can make you feel like a man. You are just stucked at the anal period of development" !!!
Like a joke, but it is not.

I was well into year 3 before I got noticeable hip plumpness...but just a few months into year one I noticed I'd suddenly got a female shape...waist seemed smaller somehow..
be a bit more patient...or try a bit of careful binge eating?

I am just using Proscar... Do you think it is good enough?

Estrogen can't be converted into testosterone. But testosterone production can increase.
