After having some time to kill at college me and a couple of girls went shopping. I think i got into it too much hehe, dangerous territory for someone who hasnt come out yet. ;D

Might not help if you're with friends, but as I have recently discovered the magical words "can I have a gift receipt with that please?" work wonders. hehe

Well.....it is more a combination between they're uncomfortable and that I can't walk in them.

you'll learn someday sammy... trust me

Besides, if you use stilettos with the right clothes, you can look just great!

Rock_chick, can you post some pictures of those shoes please? I REALLY wanna see them. I <3 my chucks, but I never heard of that kind of shoes... PLEASE!!

I can't find the actual shoes I bought...they don't seem to have them on the site, mine were £35...these are nearly triple :o but they're basically these in red with white laces

I am beginning to see a gentlemen, who likes seeing women in skirts/dresses and heels.  He loves seeing women dressed as women and not in jeans and tank tops.  This does not bother me at all as I love wearing skirts/dresses and heels.  But he like to walk, and when possible outside.  Problem: Heels and rocky surfaces do not get along.  But those tennis shoe heels would be prefect.  :D

lol but I don't think they would look good if your fashion style is more like... umm... sophisticated? elegant?

I don't think those heels would get along with that style...

Absolutely agree, don't forget a matching purse or bag with matching heels can really complement an outfit.

He sounds like my boyfriend Janet, hates to see me in jeans, when we go out prefers me in dresses and heels, thinks its more fashionable, feminine, stylish and ladylike, he may like heels, but he doesn't have to suffer the pain and agony of wearing and walking in them, your right about rocky surfaces, walk with care and don't run, Iv got well use to them,  keeps telling me my legs look elegant, thats no use if your feet are developing bunions, but I don't drive in them, I carry flat shoes in the car which are very comfy.
Still a very stylish, pretty and cute pair of heels matching your dress, jacket and purse can really make an outfit, sometimes worth all the pain and effort, I know Im a sucker for fashion.
My BF arrives back today from a business trip with a surprise gift, I opened a box which had a gorgeous pair of high heel strappy sandals with jeweled straps, not to be worn with pantyhose, I'II wait till the weather gets a bit warmer, maybe treat myself to a pedicure, paint my toe nails and they should look nice, just hope I can walk in them lol don't want to offend BF, he's a very thoughtful guy, least I can do is make an effort for him, he's supper sweet, but another pair of heels........
p
If your going thru hell, just keep going.

Like Janet,I too was enjoying the company of a man previous to my purging,he loved to see me in dresses and skirts, and was always complementry about my shoes and stockings. For me,once I was dressed, and had my makeup on,I found slipping into a pair of 3inch heels was when the real adrenalin rush began. My whole demena changed,I felt truly feminine, sexy, and walked with more confidence, wearing heels makes such a difference to a lady.
Now I am back from purging, wearing heels gives me the same feelings of old, proving to me at least,I perhaps should'nt have purged!
Its taken time and money to buy new gear all over again, but I must say I have adapted very quickly,eg.I know what suits clothing wise,I know how to apply my makeup, and I feel really comfortable dressed as lady once again with a bit more confidence this time. :-*xx
