Hi, I'm new to this site, although not so new to ->-bleeped-<-. I've had a counselor for the past two and a half years, and have discussed gender dysphoria with her for the past year or so. I recently have come out to my immediate family and a few close friends. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, so I'm pretty lucky in that regard.

As the title says, I'm college-aged. I'm studying anthropology, primarily in the medical field, and am a junior. I'm in an exploring period of my life, both mentally and physically. I recently came back from a trip to Mexico where I presented some research I did in a group on child nutrition in an inner city school. I'll be going to France in a couple weeks, where I'll let my hair grow out and decide if becoming a woman is something I want to pursue.
