Quote from: cynthialee on May 25, 2010, 02:05:28 PMYour just a FTM who is a crossdresser. Sweet. That is about the oddest collored rainbow.
Quote from: jonjon on May 25, 2010, 01:07:32 PM I watched a thing about Boy George a week back and honestly i wish i could look that good (when he was in his early 20's that is, he's right ugly now )But i wish i could wear those kind of clothes. I guess it only feels odd and confusing because of my transition.I don't want to be a girl. I just want to dress like one.
Quote from: Alessandro on May 25, 2010, 03:53:45 PMYeah I went through loads of fashion changes to try and find myself. I have loved fashion since I was about 18 and was shocked and horrified to find that my love of it made me attractive to men...as a woman! So after I gave up the skirts and such and dressed as a regular guy for a while I realised my true calling - vintage or vintage-inspired clothing. Now I have an obsession with it and no amount of money will ever be enough to satisfy it
Quote from: Elijah on May 25, 2010, 03:49:56 PMhey.. Have you ever heard of Lola Lypsinka? That is his drag name.. he is an FTM who does drag.here is his youtubehttp://www.youtube.com/user/adriandalton08#p/u/3/b0rqD_yFnBMhe just likes cross dressing and acting female on stage.. but in a drag queen sort of way.Don't feel bad about liking girly things.. I love skirts, and I always loved dressing up for prom, and I love eyeshadow and stuff.. and I like to wear it.. I just want to be seen as a MALE with girly stuff on.. I don't want it to make me look like a girl.. I just want it to make me look like a pretty boy.Do you relate?

Quote from: V on May 26, 2010, 12:51:40 AMJust let me take a moment to say... You are very handsome! I love your clothes in your icon, as well. Those are the sorts of clothes I am attracted to; not drag or female clothes, and I'd never be persuaded to wear a skirt, but certainly suits and coats and the like... Men's fashions have always appealed to me, and as far back as I can remember, I always wanted to wear them. I am going to have one hell of a wardrobe when I get on T... I probably could pull off some of it now, but I am quite small and I still feel that nothing fits "just right".As far as I am concerned, we should all be self-expressive as we see fit. That's the beauty of being trans, of being variant in whatever way... That we are not afraid to express ourselves, no matter who those selves may be. I think it is a strength rather than a weakness.
Quote from: Alessandro on May 26, 2010, 02:53:32 PMThanks!! I am actually in costume here as the Tenth Doctor from Doctor Who. I love that outfit as it is exactly like my own sense of style anyway. I mostly wear late 60s/70s inspired clothing and am a Mod right to the core. So the Doctor's pinstripe suit, long coat and chucks just drew me like a moth. I'm only 5 foot 5 and thin but that style suits me fine, it's a very tailored style anyway. Don't be afraid to express yourself now!
Quote from: V on May 26, 2010, 03:10:06 PMIt would be interesting to see how different peoples' fashion sense changed after they got on hormones. Most likely, they started paying more attention to it.
